This was beautifully made! so much hard work, but you made it look so easy. Congratulations on developing this level of skill, and thank you so much for sharing this to all of us.
I had NO IDEA that making bags was such a delicate and complicated craft that requires many tools :o. I'm watching this video because I have to design something out of fabrics I have in my fabric library and trying to understand how to properly draw it to match the sewing techniques and avoid incoherence and I didn't know a lot of things were glued on first! Thanks for sharing your craft.
Well, I bought them from korean offline market. I just know that 'www.buckleguy.com' has some good buckles. Never tried other things than nato strap buckle though. Anyway, thank you for watching my video!!!
Wow i always love your designs they are really unique!! 😍 at the 0.50 mark where you crease the small rectangle, you immediately stichted the sides? does that mean you dont use a wing divider to draw the stitch line, but you just pricked based on the crease line? really admire your accuracy wow!!
Hi!~ I didn't crease the small rectangle part. Because when i fold that part to attach to the main part, that rectangle fold inward. So I just crease the 4 long sides of the pattern. I usually don't use wing divider, I use creaser instead. I'm so glad that you liked my work.
Great video tutorial.. Have you ever tried wet molding veg tan leather before? I'm also curious about using a cloth liner interior specifically denim or blue jean material for the inside of leather bags.. Thank you for your time and consideration with this matter..
Hello!~ I'm so glad that you came back!~ Well, I tried wet molding for zipper card slot. I sometimes use molds because they give a unique impressions. And also i was considering mixing blue jean with leather. I haven't got a good idea yet. But I never thought about using denim for the inside yet.
Is there a list of tools and supplies (like the glue) that you can put in the description? I have some of the punch tools, but some of the other things I don't recognize like that tool you did the edging with.
Hi!~ Thank you for watching my video! I appreciate it! And there are no list about it but I think Corner punch Tokonole Wood sleeker(burnisher) Electric creaser Prickling iron were the tools i used.
