    The thumbnail for this video is perfect! Nice bathrobe :-) Really appreciate your perspective (and personal experience!) of hiring people who are smarter than you. It takes a confident and secure person to do so. Also, absolutely agree to leave a bad boss if possible. Seek out another boss who is healthy and values all that you have to offer!
