Praise God! God is faithful! I thought about something when you were reading about Zachariah and Elizabeth that they would have great joy. I believe they might have passed on before John was beheaded, so they were able to enjoy him growing up and maybe into being a young adult and not have to experience him being persecuted and death. God’s great joy and mercy.
Such a great observation. Yes! Given that they were already advanced in age, they very likely had passed on. I love how you tied the prophecy about great joy to that.

One thing I thought abt right now, everybody was trying to give their opinions on what she should name the babyonce he was born. That's also why we have to be hidden sometimes. We have to make sure we only listen what God says and not everybody's opinions. If she told everybody she was pregnant, I feel like they would've been weird (for lack of a better word lol😂).
That's so true -- they definitely had an opinion about what to name the baby. But God had already said! Lord, give us ears to hear YOUR voice.....always 🙏🏾
