1g salt
35g cake flour
15g ground almonds

2 eggs
55g cake flour
85g water
2g salt

3 egg yolks
45g cane sugar
17g cake flour
300g milk
1/3 vanilla beans
80g heavy cream
■Matcha cream
4g matcha
20g sugar
120g heavy cream

はい、上白糖でも大丈夫です。バニラビーンズの替わりに、あればバニラオイル1〜2滴で作れます^^

choco cream would be just as good! i suggest using melted chocolate instead of cocoa powder, it's more common ^^
