This was such a wonderful video to watch, thank you for taking the time to share! My aunt sent me an evil eye pendant from Greece this year for Christmas so I have been doing lots of research. What I have found is that the evil eye represents jealous and it has been addressed in almost every culture and religion, including Christianity. Some cultures believe that if someone is jealous enough of you they can set an evil glare upon you and cause you turmoil in your life. That is what the evil eye is meant to protect against. The colors of the eyes in the pendants can represent certain protections.

The proper name for the Evil eye is Nazar it’s a big part of the Cypriot culture, it’s a protective symbol against evil forces and negative energy. I’ve picked up lots of lovely jewellery in Greece over the years . I hope you had a merry Christmas.x

I would never be disappointed in a gift. Especially because I know that they come from the heart. The white chicken gravy boat is absolutely perfect. My mom had had one very much like this. It's super nostalgic. Sometimes I still think, "what have I done to deserve such kindness?" It blows me away. You must have a heart of gold.
