Arowana can max upto 47 inches..... and an Oscar can grow till 18 inches only......that means your Oscars are almost at peak adulthood......(Which makes them more fierce)
Please raise your arowanas in big 5ft tank and shift Oscars in turtle tank.
By understanding the fact that you might have more emotion for your turtles than new arowanas..... I can only request to 'consider selling 2-3 turtles or else moving 2-3 turtle to your pond.'
You are a good hobbiest who thinks for fish's comfort. All the best. #AlwaysWellWisher

Bhai . When u add fish in 5ft tank , make sure ki u go with same kind of fishes . Cichlids are mid swimmers so add fishes that are mid-swimmers like Gourami,Pacu. If u add bottom dwellers/Top level swimmers like Arowana then Fishes bigger than Arowana will attack FS. It has happened with me

Bro according to my experience
1. Albino Arwana are really good and best, not to sell them
2. Reduce turtle from your collection and just keep a pair and shift them to smaller tank.
3. Shift Oscars to turtle tank and soon after Arwana gets recovered then release them to 5 feet monster tank.
I have a huge experience keeping Oscars, I must release Oscar once after Arwana gets settled bcz Oscar can settle any time any where once they become adult.
Dnt take a wrong decision to remove Arwana

Bro, kindly keep the combination of Discus and Arowana in ur 5 ft tank remove your oscars and parrots since this fishes as they grow become aggressive. Just a suggestion if you deem good
