"Around the fire" is quite possibly my favorite tune from the Skyrim soundtrack. It feels so cozy and intimate, yet at the same time inspired and somehow elevated. Your interpretation and arrangement is exquisite, and the performance is just lovely. I really liked that little harmonisation bit at around 2:57... such a nice flourish.

A nice tune. Thanks for posting. As a non gamer I have never heard this before and I was wondering how you, also a non gamer, get drawn to these tunes? Are they recommended by viewers or do you actively hunt them down?
Whatever it is just keep on doing it!
I might have to rerun this piece this evening "Around the fire" as we are having a BBQ with the kids later! Propane powered BBQ though so at least I don't have the chore of setting a fire and dealing with the ash later. Taste the meat not the heat as "Hank Hill" would say! (Shame they pulled that cartoon series)

a good teacher can help with basic things, but many people have transferred their classical guitar skills
to playing the lute and are self-taught.
