I had a breakdown not to long ago and while I was away I read a book of Druidry and Welsh folklore. After seeing this video it's clear as to why that happened. I really enjoyed your video keep it up it will sing to those who will listen.

You are describing exactly the experience I had invoking Hecate. I knew she was wild and unpredictable, and the path she opened to grant me my request was a sharp and hard one! But wow... such results. She works swiftly and with ruthlessness. Also with wisdom and prudence.

Angela W I'm glad it helped! Yeah, changes can be tough but they are necessary, and the more we listen and keep changing the easier it is and Cerridwen becomes this great mother who guides us instead of the "destructive force" sometimes we can feel she is. I started gaining interest in cerridwen when I first heard her name when I bought my first cauldron (what a coincidence lol) I had begun to try and work with goddess Hecate everything was going great but something wasn't feeling right so I had a bit of an on and off relationship with the gods I'm now starting to begin to follow cerridwen and I'm interested where the dark goddess is going to take me I believe Hecate wanted a path for me that had ties to my ancestors (I'm English Irish Scottish and Welsh) and I believe I was led here to find the dark goddess cerridwen I'm excited but also scared where this will lead
Then also look up Áine. I explained to Wolf's Bane right above your comment. There is no fear needed with her supporting & she is a creator goddess too & has cooperation with Cerridwen though one is of Ireland & the other of Wales, neighbors with sisterhood. But there's no reason to fear Cerridwen. & Both are protectors. Áine brings life force & is a light & dark goddess but also bearer of light into dark.

I drew the Cerridwen card from the Daughters of the Moon deck my mom had in life. Its the Crones of Flames, the sagittarius card. Sagitarius is my North Node, so I tend to be called to passionate pursuits and resonate with destructive creativity as well as constructive. I vibe with her animal the rabbit. She reminds me of a Faerie crone, and a guardian of worlds like Hecate. I've had SO much change in my life. As a Capricorn, Virgo rising I'm afraid of going against the traditional, but my Aquarius moon MUST innovate. It's so important to shatter those illusions and create what nurtures us, doing so radically, cackling over the cauldron. Wild Woman archetypes resonate with me on my journey as a male witch, as much as wild men.
Search Áine, too then, in videos & in articles from Irish sources. She is goddess of the sun & moon, light & dark, the daughter of Manannán Mac Lir reborn to the Daghda, Father God & king of the Tuatha de Danaan, the goddess of the Sidhe & the Fae, who we celebrate at Beltaíne with Bel & at Midsummer & Lughnasadh. (Beltaíne means feast of Bel & Áine, though I see so many who name only Bel & not mention or know of her, & she is the more powerful of the two, and most powerful of the Irish Celtic dieties after Daghda, & Anu/Danu, the Mother goddess) She is bearer of light, light in the darkness/night, guardian, a triple goddess - all three aspects, & goddess of fire, water, earth, & abundance, protection, creativity & inspiration, growth, animals & nature, & of vitality, life force, strength. She brings new life, energy, and assists us in slaying problems & bringing good out of obstacles or conflict. She created the ability for magic in humans by giving birth to it in us through the Fae, & after neutralizing a once bad king of Munster brought the Eoganachta - centuries of strong kings into being. It is said that Ireland fell to invasion bc ceremonies stopped during conversions & that Ireland regained sovereignty bc the rites resumed in Tipperary & Limerick, restoring protection & strength to the south, to the lands where she was acknowledged & she came out of her rest. She is the strongest goddess of sovereignty & light & dark in the Celtic world. Each area has goddesses who also are of these things, & it is Áine who is of all these things in all places, & she is present wherever Celts have gone & for anyone who is there & calls upon her, she will respond. Her offerings are fire, grain/bread, & she can be talked to outside at night under the moon, as well, including the new, dark moon. The Celtic tradition of jumping the fire, & of herding cattle between 2 fires, or running around the herd with a straw torch, are of her or also of Bel, to bless & protect them, and bring abundance. A sun & moon above mantel or hearth brings protection & abundance. The water of a spring or small stream or lake, when asking her for what's needed, brings that blessing, & guidance in our steps to bring it about. Cerridwen is Welsh & a sisterhood goddess to her who aids in transformation & cleansing of life details. Áine is overseer of these matters & brings the new life in after Cerridwen cleanses out what does not serve & can do so herself directly too but we must be willing and trust the change with either or we tend to resist & if so Cerridwen may become impatient with us & tear it down despite us, for the good of all concerned. Áine, the mother aspect,then will step in if invited to, to rebuild. Some confuse her with Anu/Danu but she is not. She is the one who takes action for us living beings while Anu is seeing to creation matters for the earth itself & that is online too. But it sounded like Áine may be of interest. Virgo rising vibes there. She is, too, the horse that cannot be caught, red for action. & Cerridwen is also otter & hawk.

I've walked her path before and her work was harsh and scary 😨 to be honest however my unconditional love for cerdewin is still there however I would not want to walk the path again they was indeed a liberating in short term you will not see it but long term 🙏 thank you for your experience...

I've had such a strong pull towards Cerridwen recently and I've decided to make her my patron. I find information out there rather scarce; Are there any books to be recommended? And I know a lot of people view her as one aspect of the triple goddess - Can anyone please share with me the other goddesses associated with the triple form and does that truly impact me worshipping Cerridwen full time?
