Can anyone show me only one verse from the Quran which explains what "Islam" and "Muslim" is? I do not want your thoughts and conjectures I just want what Allah said in the Quran, simply "What Islam means". Peace
In the name of Allah the most beneficiant, merciful “Truly the religion with Allah is Islam.” (3:19) “And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam it will never be accepted of him and in the hereafter he will be one of the losers.” (3:85) Because the religion of God (Islam) is guidance and truth, therefore it can lead man to his prosperity. “He it is Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth.” (48:28)
Islam comes from the word salam which means peace and which we say as a welcome word(salam 3'lykom) for verses ther are countless try to upload Quran on your phone and search for the word peace lol
this is surah ikhlas and it means purity of faith 1. Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One, 2. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. 3. He neither begets nor is born, 4. Nor is there to Him any equivalent.” and islam means submission and with submission you obtain peace in this life and the after life
