If Blizzard gives us the wardrobe feature where we can swap between builds like in D3, I might actually try playing this, but for now I'm sticking with Quill Volley, and still doing 100 clears in 4-5 minutes.
quill volley stronger anyway, and i dont mean its a little stronger, its alot stronger, if you want to push as high as you can in pit, then play quill, if you want something thats faster at clearing and imo more fun, play crushing hand
This build is incredible! The only tweak I made (and I think it's a good one for pit pushing) is to replace Counterattack with Vortex. Get a big group together, when you poison them they fear but you instantly pull them back together with Vortex. Survivability is not an issue even without Counterattack. I've yet to see my health dip below the massive barrier and you're always Unstoppable. This build is crazy!
Same here, found it accidentally b4 the patch. Raxx forget to add 1 Gorilla aspect which is every 3rd attack will release 10x Crushing hands, more OP👍🏻
They actual key stat is the one not mentioned: LIFE. One big reason is that I am at paragon 250 and am not even close to max imprints on Redirected Force or Interdiction - which vastly lower the value of stacking Resolve for block. I think a lot of people will have the same problem. I still only have 12.5k base life but it gets boosted more than double that. I'm hitting over 100B with only using +9 resolve on my gear atm - and Crushing Hand only rank 9
Yup. I realised life is the major damage stat a while ago. Trying to get those GA life rolls and trying to hit as many paragon nodes for life as I can while I grind to 200. when I do I know I'm going to burn up some scrolls lol.
@@TheTurp Due to the viscous shield legendary paragon node allowing you to do additional damage based on your barrier percentage. It is the main "bugged" damage scaling thing on spiritborne. Let me know thanks cos this gear is so overpowering that many Quill Volley build is including it. Thanks again. Been following you since 10 years ago in D3 days. Love your videos.
The resolve/armor variant has quite a bit more power. I tested both variants compared back to back and pit 100s were slower on Overpower with the biggest numbers being around 50-70b. The resolve variant got up to 120b and was able to clear 100s in three minutes flat. I get 10k crit dmg % when fighting monsters with full resolve stacks. That's even with an amulet that I have movement speed on for QoL instead of a third damage roll. Edit: To clarify I tested this with paragon 250, full 100 glyphs and pretty solid gear (a few double GAs). Quill Volley still has higher DPS but Crushing Hand's speed and survivability is absolutely wild. I enjoy this far more than the Evade Eagle build pre-patch that I swapped from.

Raxx i want to thank you for the video on how to kill Lilith after 6 season i finely got her down and got my spark. Thanks to you and your video!! Happy Dance 🙂❤❤❤
“Just slap on a banished lords and good to go!” …No… This is very much an end game build that takes either lots of masterworking to +max resource and or a shit ton of levels into glyphs to max out paragon nodes. Then you need an almost max roll of ring of the midnight sun, aaand something like yen’s blessing to get your resource gen high enough to fully reset and keep overpowering… This build honestly pissed me off when I first started it because every TH-camr making a video made it sound so easy to get going by just “slapping on Banished and adding a few paragon points…”. Took me two days of grinding to find the gear I needed and level up my glyphs/paragon (I’m p150 now)
you are right, it is NOT easy to put together but if the stars align it´s an incredible build! Switched from quill volley after a long farming session and loving it!
@@markusgeiger4011 Yea, it’s absolutely an amazing build and probably the most fun one I’ve used since lightning shred was good, but I just wish these creators would fully explain how much you need to get to make it work (including resource gen, which they don’t talk about much). Not just pretend it’s a cakewalk to build. 🍻
facts. Im fully geared minus some Max Life GA's and MW crits and i only hit for 10-20 billion. IDK how folks are getting to tens-hundreds of trillions. Ive got 275 res, lvl 80 glyphs, a max aspect Ebewaka, BLT, and Kepeleke, MW crits on Resolve and Resilient, 4,000 crit damage when at full resolve stacks, 1500 Ovp and i cant scratch 100 billion. Im assuming its bc my max life is only 5k base, but Idk how people are getting such insane numbers. The build definitely requires equipment grinding.
It would be GREAT if you guys would wait maybe a week before changing the bloody builds again! Beyond tired of going to look up what I need to gear for next to have it changed three damn times in as many days.
i play the armor variant with shako. i dont get enough max vigor to go ovepower. rly like this build. shako kepe midnight vicious shiel full resolve ....take what ever skill you want all kinda work xd
Somebody did my build!!!! Since level 40 been doing this with the extra hits galore. Couch co-op with brother been a ravage boosted gorilla build no mythics and just the staff unique for basic 😂 Anyhoo my brother is quill setup and im CC monkey .
I still like my Thorns build, hoping to get it finalized soon haven't really spent much time on D4 since Metaphor ReFantazio dropped >.> I call it Harambe's Revenge ;)
I have a question: how do you create your builds, or how do you come up with them? I mean, you are one of the biggest build creators, and I would love to know how you think and approach this process. I find it fascinating.
Orange quill and crushing hands with the kelpeke interaction was first theory crafted by ace of spades (goblin inc on TH-cam) and another theory crafter don’t know why raxx failed to mention that
I play it without OP but it's still a very strong build. Not an S Tier Bosser but it's very very fast and really fun. Was mad after Evade Nerf but Crushing Hand is the new fast shit 😁
Did you watch the video? Raxx's dmg number is nowhere near optimal gear used. Rob's dmg numbers are elite top 1% of the player base. You'll never get to rob's trillions and trillions dmg playing 3-4 hrs a day solo.
Would crushing hand be better without the banished lord and instead use the Gorilla, armor stacking one? Is that a theory or a fact, I'm very curious :)
Slowly building an endgame version of the starter gorilla build. I hate things like the kekw staff that trivialize thought. Would be curious to see if you can build strong t4 builds without the staff (and maybe without the ring). Not questioning your skills. Genuinely curious to see if these builds are endgame s-tier builds without a broken weapon.
Hmm...I have a Harlequin Crest with the Armor being enhanced...might have to consider jumping ship from Soar (beaming everywhere with Soar is super fun and safe, but I'm struggling to clear bosses quickly).
personally i prefer taking XalXol instead of the teleport. with the blink i dont feel like speed is an issue and the 20% hp boosts tankieness and scales more damage with viscous shield.
Pro tip: You'll gain massive damage boost with having more resource cost reduction, hence having Shroud of False Death will help you greatly with this build. Also, Duelist aspect is great!
Correct. Maxroll builds are always super out of date and rarely get updated. You can do trillions of damage with up to date crushing hand. You can even do quintillions of dmg with the new spirit volley. These billions of dmg is a joke 😅
Switched to this but can barely to T65 pits with it. Noted i have shot rolls on my Kepelelekelekelek so I dont hit the Vigor needed for the OP build and trying to do the mythic build but the gear just isnt there and I am prob the most unlucky player ever :D Will keep trying tho!
Just double crits on max resolve stacks does soooo much. I have +9 on both my amulet and chest piece, and +2 on my legs giving me 30 total. Easily hitting 40-60B
Hey Raxx, I'm in T4 right now with quill volley and let me tell you what I want in a build right now : one where I'm not getting one shotted by half of the attacks in the citadel and Lilith I can't do the citadel because the boss hits too hard, I'm not looking for builds that do damage (quill volley rolls on T4 even with no glyphs equipped) but that can resist those activities

I accidentally found this build while in the way hunting an aspect for Volley build but I found +3 GA Crushing Hands Gauntlet then I try to use it then Boom💥😁 any Torment bosses just need 5-10 secs done ✅
I used rake and was doing crazy damage and it was just chaotic as hell. Really fun with cool visuals but if you get motion sick, it's not for you. Switched to crushing hand a few days ago and it blew me away. All the core skills perform really well. I'll be playing that until rogue gets buffed into being useful
Crushing hand might crush our hands...
Thanks for the build Rax. It really helpful when you try to break up how th einner workings of the build work. Does Quill volley works the same?
Thx Raxx!
Ok, going to try this build tonigh because the fix to Evade made evade build boring.
if you make the SIZE BIGGER in CRUSH it will be MASSIVE.. did you try it?
Raxx i want to thank you for the video on how to kill Lilith after 6 season i finely got her down and got my spark. Thanks to you and your video!! Happy Dance 🙂❤❤❤
just saying you can use both builds at once if you just add the crushing hand to the quils build and replace vortex....
Great and thx raxx 👍
I did a blend of crushing hands and touch of death.
I call it the Poison Pounder.
And I'm constantly taking these demons to pound-town. 😏
“Just slap on a banished lords and good to go!”
…No… This is very much an end game build that takes either lots of masterworking to +max resource and or a shit ton of levels into glyphs to max out paragon nodes. Then you need an almost max roll of ring of the midnight sun, aaand something like yen’s blessing to get your resource gen high enough to fully reset and keep overpowering…
This build honestly pissed me off when I first started it because every TH-camr making a video made it sound so easy to get going by just “slapping on Banished and adding a few paragon points…”.
This seems really fun
He finally tried it! Missed it live unfortunately
i play the armor variant with shako. i dont get enough max vigor to go ovepower. rly like this build.
shako kepe midnight vicious shiel full resolve ....take what ever skill you want all kinda work xd
Somebody did my build!!!!
Since level 40 been doing this with the extra hits galore.
Couch co-op with brother been a ravage boosted gorilla build no mythics and just the staff unique for basic 😂
Anyhoo my brother is quill setup and im CC monkey .
I still like my Thorns build, hoping to get it finalized soon haven't really spent much time on D4 since Metaphor ReFantazio dropped >.>
I call it Harambe's Revenge ;)
I have a question: how do you create your builds, or how do you come up with them? I mean, you are one of the biggest build creators, and I would love to know how you think and approach this process. I find it fascinating.
Wudi and Raxx did some theorycrafting live streams on different builds before DLC got out.
He has recently put out videos of his strategies during seasons 5 and 6
Orange quill and crushing hands with the kelpeke interaction was first theory crafted by ace of spades (goblin inc on TH-cam) and another theory crafter don’t know why raxx failed to mention that
I like how everyone complains in the comments knowing they have the same access to the build if the dlc was bought. Stop whining 🤣🤣👎🏼
I play it without OP but it's still a very strong build. Not an S Tier Bosser but it's very very fast and really fun. Was mad after Evade Nerf but Crushing Hand is the new fast shit 😁
Thank you goblin inc
These builds hitting for billions while Rob's doing 100s of trillions of damage. Sup with that
Did you watch the video?
How does resource cost reduction increase damage output when you’re spending all your vigor each hit anyway?
@@LJExpeditionbug (or at least undocumented) interaction with the rod 'vigor spent' calculation unless mistaken.
Correct. Maxroll builds are always super out of date and rarely get updated. You can do trillions of damage with up to date crushing hand. You can even do quintillions of dmg with the new spirit volley. These billions of dmg is a joke 😅
@@immersionHEHE Plot twist, now you can deal quadrillions of damage
I got all my glyphs to 100 and now I just sit back and paragon farm. Might hit 300 by Sunday.
Switched to this but can barely to T65 pits with it. Noted i have shot rolls on my Kepelelekelekelek so I dont hit the Vigor needed for the OP build and trying to do the mythic build but the gear just isnt there and I am prob the most unlucky player ever :D
Will keep trying tho!
Using this also but with Heir of Perdition it hits super hard
Just double crits on max resolve stacks does soooo much. I have +9 on both my amulet and chest piece, and +2 on my legs giving me 30 total. Easily hitting 40-60B
I REALLY wish people would slow down on explaining these builds. Too many folks use too much jargon that people often don't understand.
Hey Raxx, I'm in T4 right now with quill volley and let me tell you what I want in a build right now : one where I'm not getting one shotted by half of the attacks in the citadel and Lilith
I can't do the citadel because the boss hits too hard, I'm not looking for builds that do damage (quill volley rolls on T4 even with no glyphs equipped) but that can resist those activities
I'm finally excited again about SB after the evade nerf, thanks to this guide.
thanks man, and wudijo, this guide is actually realistic and attainable, not like 90% of those GAZILLION DAMAGE builds that are mega niche, unrealistic to obtain, and target the 1% of player base.
Thanks Raxx
Everyone
