    Hi, thank you for your video. I am wondering where you can actually see the email that was sent. For example, I created an email template, and created a workflow to send that email at a certain time. In the Timeline, I can see that my workflow has sent the email, but I can't see that email when I click on emails. I also can't see the email in the outbox of the email account that I configured to send the emails. Where did this email go, and how do I find it? Basically I am asking how do I view emails that were sent automatically through workflows.

      Hi Benjamin,
      You may have to open a support ticket with Zoho to get to the bottom of this. But to try and help you out I would say a) make sure you have your email integrated via IMAP or POP through the email settings (this way the email then sends through your outbox) and b) often times when a workflow email is sent you have to toggle in the top right of the email history within a contact a drop down, and this drop down allows you to tell the system to show emails from Zoho or from your outbox.

    Hi, I was trying to set an automation for sending alerts 10 days before a deal is expiring. It does not seem to work. Do you have a suggestion? The trigger was on Deal Creation, and condition was deal closing in = 10 days. It seems it does not trigger because when we create a deal, the closing date might be greater than 10 days. All i want was to get a reminder automatically when a deal is about to expire. thank you.

      Hi Santosh. The reason it is not triggering is exactly for the reason you described. What you really need is a date-based trigger. So when Closing Date is in 10 days, the workflow triggers. Unfortunately, this is not currently available in Zoho Bigin. I know that Zoho is working on this, so I can keep you posted. Alternatively, you can try Zoho CRM that does support date-based triggers. Hope this helps!

      @@BluRoot thanks a lot for your reply. i found another way to kind of fix this problem by setting a work flow to create a task on deal creation which sends you a reminder a few days before the expiry.
