I feel that. I was at the skatepark with my scoot. There was a group of kids that were a little bit older than me. I was trying to stay out of their way and not cause a problem because the park I had been going to before had a bunch of jerks there. I was learning to drop in and had fallen a couple of times. One of the kids walked up to me and started teaching me how to not fall and to it better. To this day I still remember him as that nice kid at the skatepark. He really helped me progress. I now make more friends there because I’m not sacred if getting made fun of. I know this comment is a year old but I really agree with it. If you see someone struggling, help them out don’t tease them.
The waxing rules should always be followed! When I dropped in for the first time the ramp was waxed.... I slipped and sprained my ankle and arm! So now I hate ramps with wax....

at my local skatepark, everything bad has happened there, gratified on, gotten holes punched into some of the quarter pipes, (cracked my head open after falling over one) and tons more horrible stuff, its so bad that I dont even go to it anymore. But now they have build a pump track a bit further away but its way better, its cleaner and is so much bigger, the humps are really fun and fast and everyone knows which way to go and all the rules.
Another rule is no smoking while u are riding cause at my local skate park there a lot of older kids that smoke while riding and there's kids around them

At my local park graffiti is a big thing and I think the vandalism in it is when someone paints over the really good art eg: there used to be a sick looking bear but someone painted over it
there is football playground next to our local skatepark, one day me and my friens were riding at the skatepark, and somebody kicked the ball to the skatepark, it almost hit my friend to the head, but he had helmet :)

For the waxing thing you could wax the bottom of your deck and it usually works unless the ledge or rail is really sticky
