Thank you Matthew for this video. Which LLM would you recommend for better instruction interpretation accuracy (4o mini, 3.5 Haiku,...)?
Is the integration compatible with WhatsApp only, or does it also work with WhatsApp Business?
Also, I am looking for troubleshooting resources regarding the WhatsApp integration. Could you provide us with a link please?

      1. I would say it depends on your budget (number of tokens you have available). For the demo video, I was using 4o mini and it worked just fine! GPT-4o Mini is the recommended model since it is the best balance of capabilities and cost ($0.15 per 1M tokens input and $0.6 per 1M tokens output). Whereas Claude 3.5 Sonnet has a very high accuracy but is more expensive ($3 per 1M tokens input and $15 per 1M tokens output). Since users pay per token usage, I would use whichever fits your budget. For a low budget, 4o Mini is indeed the best. For a high budget, 3.5 Sonnet seems to be the most accurate (as of right now).
      2. For the integration, you need to have a WhatsApp Business account! In fact, our WhatsApp integration doesn't work without one :)
      3. For reference for WhatsApp integration, see here please:
