Each offence is bad enough, but 3 strikes? Keep them out of society until we figure it out. It’s a special kind of anti-social behaviour, and special rules should apply.

what about 15 year olds pretending to be adults, and sending pics to unsuspecting strangers entrapping them into child porn unknowingly? The laws are woefully behind. Innocent people can get entrapped into this stuff too.
