First, i make the eq shape in the plugin. Then touch the frequency button> go to macros> Last tweaked > Create automation clip> Open up the automation of the frequency during the buildup
If you don't use too much of the vocals or if you add enough effects/alter them sufficiently it can be released and counted as just "sampling." There is legal precedent for this going back 30+ years in hip hop and electronic music.
double click vocal track...right clicking the knob that says "TIME" select either "type in bpm (of original track)" or "project tempo" in the window that pops up

I dont understand the bpm. In my song I use 125 bpm like you but it sounds horrible, like voice is out of tempo always.
