I had such bad pain in my legs and foot that i was sent for an xray on my foot, mris on my lower and thorasic area of my back, even been sent to the Neurologist and neurosurgeon for tests and they couldnt find anything. I decided to self diagnosis myself and its shin splints, really bad. I watched this video 2 days ago, picked up a foam roller and it has helped so much. My legs feel less stress and my foot is feeling much better. Thank you so much for this video.

I’m so weak, I finally decided to walk and chose to use our neighborhood trail. It was a good adventurous walk but after a day, my legs were messed up. Not I have some kind of tightness on my calf’s and my feet are hurting.
A big part of injury prevention is what fuel you’re putting in the tank. Tom Brady runs on a predominantly whole food plant based diet; it’s an anti-inflammatory diet as a great way to prevent shin splints. He breaks up scar tissue so he can absorb hits and so he has more range of motion. But the fuel is key in preventing issues like shin splints which is usually driven by too much acid food like processed meat and dairy.

I have strained my calf and I have been cross friction massaging the scar tissue. I have mild bruising from the massage. I was wondering if the bruising after cross friction massage on scar tissue is normal?
I have a pain on the left side of my left ankle. It hurts when my toes are pointed. I cant seem to figure out anything that gets rod of the pain besides ice and that only lasts so long. If you guys can answer back id surely appreciate it.
My both knees are replaced .I have shin inflammation and difficult to use roller to ease pain. I appreciate if you can show exercise with the above condition my right shin pain? Thank you

I like this method, so helpful. I tried this and could feel the tension & tightness release on the shin splints right away.

Running is the best way to mess up your legs. Humans were not meant to run.
