      Bimal Chaulagain There are good and bad things. We know this in our conscience. Reasoning is bringing our actions in line with the feelings from our conscience. My conscience tells me it’s wrong to cheat on my wife. I should think about that. I should seek counsel. I should think about the advice of my counselor. If two counselors contradict each other, that should tell me what only one can be right, and that truth must come from God. God gave us our conscience. We are made in His image.

    This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

      @Mike Rocker I'm afraid you dont understand and forgive me if it sounds arrogant but its far from it. Our thoughts MAY be coming from the universe when being in the present moment (telepathy) but most of us don't live in that state most of the time and our thoughts are coming from our conditioning ego that separates us from who we truly are (a state of disconnection from the present moment - from the universe) - we live in the duality and being connected to the universe or rather to the unity dimension through yoga or other traditions which allows that with practice you understand that there is who you truly are (the one that control your thoughts - being present and realize it or the part of you that is consumed by your thoughts and consider that your thoughts is who you are - disconnection from who you truly are). When you let aside your analytic mind (that often driven by the ego and conditioning) and being PRESENT... You will see there isn't contradiction more than you creating not YOU. This is where we need to pay attention and do efforts to go from the duality as much as we possibly can in order to strive to unity dimension. much blessings.

    • @GaladRiel1512
      @GaladRiel1512 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Mike Rocker it is hard to satisfied the over thinking mind but I like your explanations too. I'm not so analytic person I am more intuitive which is harder to explain and put into words but people like you help to people like me. in the end, to my personal opinion, all the teachings are directing us to the one thing which is the essential within us. the way there (the teachings) is a question of RESONANCE and its perfectly normal. I love Sadhguru but I also love Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, and others as each of them represent a facet of aspects which we feel resonance with (or not). you are very strong with your analytical mind and you try to make "sense" of things... but some things... we can't put into words. I didn't say anything about controlling but I understand what he means when he say that as I know it is not about controlling like a dog with a leash but it is more like to be watchful of your thoughts and be present to them and in the need, change them as you feel because in the end you're a creator that is linked to the whole universe and very often the "universe" sends us messages (telepathy in the form of thoughts). the most important thing for me, is that teachers of traditions will be taken as messengers and guidelines for us to seek inside of us those keys that they are giving to us and filter what isn't resonance with who we truly are.

Nature has nurtured us... time has come to return the nurture... for centuries we have been praying for a peaceful planet... look outside... no cars... no people... pretty darn peaceful isn’t it!!! Use that peaceful energy to access your peace within... after the 1919 flu epidemic we had the roaring twenties... people felt so elated at surviving the epidemic... we will get through this period... let’s use these moments...it’s a very important time in our history... animals are already coming into our peaceful towns... nature soon restores itself to balance... it is only our thoughts that block our progress.. get a bulldozer...push those negative thoughts and prejudices to the side... clear a smooth pathway and forge ahead in your life... push away those road blocks! You do not need them any more... be free.. it’s an option 💟☮️💛

      He says it to check with you whether you have mental ability getting his view or not....Because most of the people stubborn and can't think out of there scope....So, to make the people understand, he start explaining from very fundamental to the top and he keep checking whether people following the his way of explanation...And people like you can't understand him and can't involve in what he says...then they concentrate on these kind of silly things...

      It's almost 7months that i touched beer/alcohol. I am more into conscious eating be it the same food. Now I don't feel like touching it again and most importantly the importance that i gave for not breaking my record.
      One more note-
      You can avoid/stop something only when you find something higher than your current addiction. So basically, more you lean into yoga, the more you tend to avoid the rest. 🐹🦊🐻🐵🦁

    Hello Sadhguru this is nice 🙂 "Blissed-out" I love it 💛 Yeah it must come from within us, it is in fact the only part we can controll. Thusly it should be as we want it to be. Otherwise one risks having zero controll over any aspect of their lifes. 🙏

    Lovely message from Sathguru and we are fortunate to hear from him. I have a message for his IT team. Why do you find it essential to use a blonde white woman in the midst of a European forest? Is that representative of the audience, statistically speaking. After 70 years of independence when will you shed this obsession for fair skinned Europeans? Have the messages from Sathguru missed you completely to have pride in yourself. His message to the world is after all derived from the ancient scriptures of India!!
