Mid June. I wouldn't know where to look for the largies but schooling smallies are likely on any points with stumps. I did find one school of big largies on a similar point but I never found areas heavily populated with largies 🤷
I live an hour up north from alder lake. Any way to join you someday ? would love to learn bass fhsing. Just got my rod and all types of baits but gettin a bite has been more than difficult on 3 diffrent lakes.
@@artk9360 It's definitely a challenging undertaking. But there is a lot of content out there to help New anglers like you. I'll try and drop some more videos as well to help
What kind of glide bait is that? I typically fish alder for kokanee but if the fishing is bad I'll switch to bass. It's great watching someone that knows what they're doing bass fishing, I'm kind of a one trick pony and just drop shot for them...
S-waver 168 trout color... Seemed to work really well when I was there last June I think it was. Drop shot was also pretty effective but that glide was really working well
No I have not succumbed to the glide baits yet. It seems that they work well, and I am going to try and get a couple coming up for fall over in Eastern Washington, which is coming up pretty soon. @@BassFeedWA
Dude these tournaments look like so much fun..
They are, already did 3 this year!
Good job! When was this tourney and which club? I’ve been wanting to figure out this lake

@@BassFeedWA S-waver 168 TW Phantom Trout is another good one, it's kind of like a kokanee color. GREAT Job!
Have you tried the 8" River to Sea S-Waver? Great video!
No but I finally got a dedicated swimbait rod so I'll be trying bigger sizes in general...you throw it?

I personally had the most luck prespawn with glides. Curious how fall goes. I had fun targeting big LMB in Eastern Washington, hope you get em!
