In our house we had three major issue on every monsoon and summer.
1. Every rainy season we faced leakage problem from spot lights on roof which is can bring severe damages to the structure. Roof had many cracks which passes water into electrical lines on roof.
2. Same way every monsoon Heavy Fungus formed inside house of the outer walls,. Which spoil the breathing air and brings many health issues.
3. Every summer we struggled because of Heat inside our home. Since we don't have upper floor, temperature inside house were high and we struggled to sleep at nights.
Result
1. Both leakage and fungus issue are solved after we repainted our house with #Asian Paints Ultima Protek for exterior wall and damp proof and dr.fixit for roof.
2. Heat reduced much and we haven't faced any issues while last summer.
3. After 10 months still our house looks newly painted look.

அக்கா crack க்கு crack paste பார்த்தீங்களா BASE COAT எத்தனை முறை அடிக்கனும் TOP COAT எத்தனை முறை அடிக்கனும் BASE COAT , TOP COAT முன்னாடி என்ன பண்ணிக premier அடிச்சிங்கலா அக்கா
Hi , thanks for watching the video. For crackers on the roof we used crack sealer and for cracks on the walls we used crack patti from Asian paints. Both are little expensive but effective. Regarding painting no premier required if the building is already painted. For newly constructed building better apply premier before base coat.
Painting
Step 1 : clean the painting area using sand paper
Step 2 sealing the cracks
Step 3 ultima protek base coat single coat.
Step 4 ultima protek top coat 2 coats

No we used outside labour. Asian paints quoated more than double with labour

Hi thanks for watching the video. We live in South India. We regularly having rain fall. Some times we have continuous rain for a month. That time most of the building walls get leakages.
@@lehanilife My parents have their house in Karaikudi(2hours from Madurai).. we r planning to paint the exterior walls..
Fungus hasn't been a problem here...but water leaking is there in a few places..
@@andreaxavier8918 yes, we had water leaking from spot light points. After applying 2 coats of damp proof (asian paints ) and 1 coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Top Coat it is completely stopped. It's been nearly 2.5 years passed after roof painting till now no leakage.
