His life can be summarized by some of his last words: “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” Travel to Rome to visit the Mamertime prison where Paul spent his last days.

I've loved Paul since I read the Bible as a new Christian 46 yeas ago. I read his letters in the Bible and a small biography. But 2 Timothy really knitted my heart to him. I've been a church planting missionary in Cambodia for 26 years because of his testimony.

This is SO true. Being a proper Christian is a DAILY struggle. However, Paul also assured us that if we continue running the race and enduring, we can attain to the prize at the finishing line. Endurance is the key.

Paul has been my hero since I was 25. I'm now 57. In all these years you are the first person I ever " met" who shared my very own heart concerning Paul. God bless you. This was a real blessing to go to Rome with you and see and understand these places Paul's life and death.
I've often said to the Lord Jesus, that I want Him to introduce me to Paul when I am in the Kingdom of God.

My good friend "believed in Christ" and just died a painful death. Prayed often. Jesus did nothing. Happens every day. Senseless suffering is everywhere. Just part of God's wonderful plan, right? Meanwhile many Christians support inhumane politics while living comfortably, smug in their faith, feeling superior. That's how one "can not believe in Christ."
God will sort out the hypocrites on the day of judgement. Just look at what happened to Paul he suffered so much but didn’t end the suffering by denying Christ because he knew the truth. There will be riches in heaven for those that persevere.
I don’t have much but I’m thankful for what I have and finally feel at peace since coming to know Christ . I don’t hope for riches like some here on earth but just want to love like Christ did and have hope in my death. Death has lost its sting . It’s an amazing feeling.
The movie Paul Apostle of Christ. Was really a great movie applicable in current issues of Christianity.. I cried at Saint Paul's fortified faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

I absolutely loved this series!! My admiration for Paul has grown a thousand fold. It's one thing to read about his journeys, and quite another to actually see where he walked, and sailed, and traveled. The terrain he had to cross on foot was unbelievable. Yet, he obeyed what Jesus had laid out for his life, and brought the gospel to the Gentiles. Amazing. I admit I shed some tears on this last episode, thinking of the horrific conditions he had endured while in prison. We will sometimes not even cross the street to share Christ with our neighbors, yet this man crossed oceans and miles of hard terrain , knowing he would be beaten and ridiculed, and still he persisted out of obedience to the One who had changed his life so radically. Makes me look even more forward to meeting him one day in heaven:) Thank you so much for this series--it has truly impacted me, and hope to see more of Constantine following other bible greats, and telling their stories!

Fantastic documentary. I'm new to being a Christian (in the last year), but I have been studying. I was an agnostic my entire life, and I still have times when doubt creeps in. My biggest hurdle was not, surprisingly, Jesus, it was trusting what Paul said. I've literally said to myself: "You're trusting one guy that we Gentiles are saved by grace. What if he got it wrong? What if he was making it up? "
You following his path, all the way to his death, has made me realize, there's no way he would have gone through all of that if he was making it up. And if he got it wrong - he totally believed it, so now I have to have faith that he told the truth. If I can believe that Jesus was resurrected - which has not been easy for me - then I can believe that Paul got it right. In the end, there really is no other choice. You either have faith in this, or you just die. I'd prefer to believe in this than accept that we came from nothing and our life has no meaning. Both beliefs require a leap of faith - so I chose this one.

I believe in doing what we can for God, but what I don’t forget is that though I should give my life for the Lord, He gave it to me before I had it to give back to him.

I am grateful for this because presently I am onto the study of the bible with emphasis on Mysteries Hidden before the world began as Paul,the apostle to the Gentiles,had described in Romans 16:25, Ephesians 3:9, Colossians 1:26-27, 1Cor 2:7-;, mysteries only revealed to him in this present dispensation of grace. A rumor in the land the angels report.
There are many Christians who are inducted by the elites and don't even realize it. The psyche of the inducted is programmed, recorded and monitored. A disciple of God has the most powerful weapon no creature under heaven can match and that is the power of the Holy Spirit of God, the truth, His word, and the presence of His love.
At private schools, the top students attend a convocation where they are given nullification. There a rules in place to keep nullification from endangering others. At the convocation, they are baptized and inducted.
Please be aware of the Order and the elite's agenda to corrupt the population by creating a false god that will appear to them. If suddenly one day this "god" comes to you, unless you are keeping the Royal law, God's feast days, dietary law, and Sabbath day, your eternal soul will go into perdition forever. The elites know who you are and are trying to corrupt you. Please stay strong in Christ Jesus and do not forget the Bible. God is a spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. The spirit is not always heard, sometimes it is a feeling you have. True prophets of God like Ezekiel have tasted literal honey when they read the word and accept HIs Holy Spirit, a warmth that fills your whole body with the angel felt next to you.
The Hebrew people are the closest spiritually to the living God. He knows those who are His and established an everlasting covenant with His beloved people. The true Hebrews are the African Americans, Native Americans, those still in Africa along the west coast, Congo, Bantu, the Caribbean ect. They were scattered to the four corners of heaven. Any Gentile can be grafted into the covenant when they begin to keep His laws. Timothy was a beloved son in the faith and his name is written in heaven now.
The large hadron collider CERN is responsible for the thinning/lifting of the veil across the world. The elites want to release the adversary into the world. Nullification can also corrupt the bones of the deceased. Trust in God and He will deliver you.
If I told you everything it would be hard to believe but please read Jeremiah 50 and 51. The rumor in the land of the daughter of Babylon has come already. The elites want to harness the "power" at CERN and through quantum entanglement every home/ building connected especially Jerusalem which is the main location is corrupted by the power. The elites, when the power is released, will use it for the "Jewish Messiah" a false god. If one day god comes to you, it is not the true and living God of all creation which is why the elites have tried to hurt those who speak the truth to people.

The Bacterium
Sometime in the future most likely, the CDC will release bacterium into the air. Even now the Covid vaccines may contain a prototype of this virus. The vaccine is creating Manchurian candidates who will when the demons or aliens come, begin to worship/ lose their humanity. Do not donate your blood, the doctors are taking the samples form the population to research facilities to discover who is Hebrew and can overcome the vaccination. The vaccines contain strains similar to the rabies vaccine. Indestructibles are those who when exposed, have developed/transitioned from human to demon. Each person becomes susceptible to the adversary and can become a host for the "aliens".

What an incredible series. I have had my own journey into Paul’s epistles over the last 7 years after a life changing event. His teachings and words have given me peace, solace and full confidence in my union with Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior. I have grown so much closer to Christ through Paul. @@Lenins_Science_Experiments Hi Lenin, Thank you for the kind comments. I have many verses of Paul’s to share with you. I have listed them below. I initially put them on small cards, and carry them around with me, until the new verse is memorized. Having the cards with you helps with the memorization in case you initially get stuck, or if you are having a hard time memorizing a particular passage. I understand that Hebrews is not included in the strict list of Paul’s body of work, but i included the verses from Hebrews as well. These are listed in no particular order, but in my mind i have grouped them into specific sets that are loosely based on subject, emotion or temperament. The nature and feel of the verse dictates the group i put it in. If you need help on the groupings let me know.
I have other verses outside of Paul’s and can list those out if you are also interested.
If a negative thought comes to mind, replace it with a verse and do this throughout the day. Over time, will have peace like you have never had before. The verses are also broken up with a purpose, which you will understand when you read the verses. God Bless.

Con, I’ve been really enjoying this series on Paul. More so that I’ve sat down and shared it with my wife who is also a Christ follower. In a time, right now, that is polarizing and down right scary, I find comfort in Christ. In part six of this series you focus in on Malta and its Paul’s ship wrecked history, you make a correct assumption about Paul and how He probably would not approve of all the monuments built in His honor. Anyhow, thank you for this beautifully done series.

Paul must have stirred the Jewish community lots in that part of the world wherever he came across them. Telling them what they truly needed to hear. To see physical legacies of Paul being set up in various places, tells us a lot about his work and his sufferings as well in advancing the message of salvation made possible by Jesus Christ, God's only Son and His death on the Cross. Paul's preaching and teaching must have impacted lives. Thanks for the great documentary.

Paul's letters are in fact the most profound, inspirational and frustrating. Beautifully documented...blessed.
A couple of Pauline sites in Rome you missed. The church of Santa Maria in via Lata on via del Corso is traditionally considered the site of Paul's home while he was under house arrest. A competing tradition -- and one I think is more likely -- is that Paul's house was the current site of San Paolo alla Regola church in what has always been Rome's Jewish area. At that time the house, now church, was much closer to the river Tiber. Over the centuries the path of the river silted up and changed its course, so it is now about 3 blocks away from San Paolo alla Regola. This was a busy urban area in Paul's time. Paul would certainly have walked around the ancient Forum. The Pantheon was standing then too, and no doubt Paul would have spent time around there. Tradition has it that Paul was beheaded outside the city of Rome. The site is now in the suburbs and you can reach it by subway -- there is a monastery and church there. It is "Tre Fontana" abbey or the Cistercian "Abbey of the 3 fountains" It's about a 20 minute walk from Laurentina subway station and is a nice quiet place to spend an afternoon. There is a cafe and gift shop there also. St. Paul Outside the Walls or San Paolo Fuori le Mura basilica is also easy to reach by subway. It is a huge and very impressive building. The crypt there likely does genuinely contain the bones of St. Paul, who was beheaded in 67 A.D. The Mamertine Prison or Carcere Mamertino is near the Forum -- it is a very forbidding place, and not for the faint of heart! In ancient times it was a prison for political prisoners. Legend has it that both Sts. Peter and Paul was incarcerated here for a brief time before their executions. Rome has many wonders ... take your time there, and savor the history! As for Ostia Antica (old Ostia -- not the modern town of Ostia nearby) it really is a day trip, and has nothing to do with St. Paul. For your faith you would be better served, if you have time for an all day trip, to go to Assisi instead and appreciate St. Francis of Assisi -- a beautiful town which has preserved a lot from St. Francis' and St. Clare's life.

I am in awe of St. Paul's zeal for the spread of gospel. Some of his Christian doctrines are difficult to understand for me. I am praying to our LORD Jesus to help me in understanding them clearly and submit to His plan/ purpose for my life on this earth.
