Just saw this awesome post. Pretty sure the Stephen Talkhouse was in West Hampton NY unless there was another in Miami Florida. Thanks for this no matter where it was shot🙏
Kinda stating the obvious here, but Warren Haynes is one of the greatest living songwriters, singers and guitar players. In today’s world of disposable, computerized “music”, devoid of soul and meaning beyond the superficial, he’s a shining beacon to those who like their tunes organically grown. (Listen for “Blue Radio”, one of my favorite WH songs, where he laments the death of rock radio. Brilliant stuff!) With Gov’t Mule, he never plays the same setlist twice and I’d wager there’s not another guitarist who can play more songs off the top of their head than this guy. I was unable to see Warren on this tour, but I have another show from it on cd that I still play regularly. Thanks for this amazing post!!
Setlist: 1. Before the bullets fly 2. Tear Me down 3. Fire in the Kitchen 4. Movers and Shakers 5. Invisible 6. Tattoos and cigarettes 7. Sammy 8. Power and the Glory 9. The Same Thing 10. Angel City 11. Blue Radio 12. Sister Justice 13. Gambler's Roll (Fan Request) 14. Look on Yonder Wall
This guy is a national treasure. Love seeing him play a Stratocaster back in the early days.
Made my day ...

Guitar hero!!! Proto Mule times
Playing the red Stratocaster. Pre Gov't Mule!
the red strat was at the beginning of govt mule, then the 'biggest lowlife loser' in the world, stole it in or around 1993.
