Thank you very much for the information. I am a first year student at the RC and you were and are my go-to guy for info regarding everything uni. 🙏🙏🙏🙏. P.S. Am a bit nervous for Rotman Commerce. 😅😅😅
Hi Richard, I am a incoming year 1 life science student. After I read the information about First Year Learning Community (FLC) and the First Year Foundation Ones Program, I still not sure if I need to join? Any opinion on that?
Read the course code. Courses with an H in it like ECO101H5 are of 0.5 credit. Courses with Y in it like MAT133Y5 are of 1 credit. H courses goes just for one semester, Y courses goes all year
Raise your hand if this is your first time enrolling into courses! (🤚)

Any tips for Students who are applying for masters/postgraduate studies at UOT ?
I know it’s obvious but having good references can help your application

should you put courses on ur waitlist or enrollment cart
Does course enrolment start in June?
Depends on what year you are in but I believe it happens around early August (for Fall/Winter course enrolment)
@@RichardHanIs that the same for incoming first-years?
Yup, it should all be around that same time
Where do you go to find out how many credits a course carries? None of the pages I've been on tell me.

@@shayanyasir I was still getting used to what all the random letters and numbers mean, and you just cleared up the last of it. Thank you so much!!
Hi, do you have the shopping period of classes at uoft?
do i need 2.5 credits in fall and 2.5 in winter or is it 2.5 for both?
If you want to graduate in 4yrs (without taking summer courses) take 2.5 credits worth of classes every semester (so 5 credits per year)
if you dont mind me asking what was your CGPA in each of your four years at u of t?
3.5+
@@RichardHan that’s great to hear!
