    In Ayurveda they advise us to eat only local and seasonal fruits as the Mother nature meant us to eat as per season. It helps us fight bacteria and viruses. For instance summer fruit is water melon as it hydrates us to face the season.

      Where we live we don't even have winters. Shall we just not eat nice wintery food because it wasn't meant for us? That makes no sense. We import the goodies all year round and enjoy them. Because why not?

      It just needs to be in an acidic juice. The acid in orange juice or lemon water prevents the browning.

    • @VeronikaCheb
      @VeronikaCheb 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don’t buy them from the grocery store cuz they pick them green and while they deliver them to the store they get ripened and they have no taste, buy them from farmers when they are in season, you will see the difference right away
