@@horizonfan a remake can also be a remaster... Remaster just means that the core game design is the same with maybe some slight tweaks but graphics are much better. Remakes are similar but usually change more about the original game and/or add a lot of content

god I loved this game, and I wonder did MK and injustice take inspiration from it with the bars ralting to supermoves? It was an interesting roster. Iceman, Emma Frost and Kitty Pryde would have been fun additions too. Xmen have such a rich character base to pick from

Same roster with some added characters, keep the same moves with improved physics and placements, just add some new attacks and grapples, incorporate the same story mode with more depth and character development, maybe add some mini games like challenges, add gear augments but absolutely nothing like Injustice 2, more like MK11 to where you can mix and match. It’d be a great way to revive a nostalgic title for a new and younger audience to enjoy too.

this one sucked compared to xmen mutant academy 2. The graphics were great at the time but the gameplay seemed more less impactful than the previous title. All the hits sounds like someone poppin popcorn

Would love NRS to make a Marvel Fighter , bought since they are owned by WB I doubt it will ever happen , Marvel seem to suck at the video game industry while DC excel at it and DC is rather lack luster in Movie department. The only Marvel fighter we have now is that Marvel contest of champions on mobile......and don't get me started on how poorly Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite was handled. Also hate the fact X-men are getting cut out of all games these days because of this Fox Owning the movie rights bull crap , they were cut out of MVSC:Infinite and Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 and it sucks.

At least one missing: Forge had an unlisted Level 3, where you could alternate different types of shots from his gun.
The mind truly is an amazing thing, as I remember this looking quite a bit better than what this video shows.
