Hello bro.the camshaft has a "B".do u start with the "B" facing that way (your video 5:46),or does the "B" end off in that position before you put the camcover on?,and also what are the settings for the cam? Rock 1 fire 5 or is it something else.I'm trying to figure out why my engine won't start with the ignition and starter.once we turn the key it only cranks.it only starts when we press the accelerator nozzle on the block.we checked the injector pump timing and setted it.we also set the compressor timing to match touching the "S".so I'm guessing it could be camshaft setting or injector lines or some kind of pump.please advise.basically the engine doesnt want to idle on its own.
I tried to figure out what you asking for kabaro, I ask you kabaro, do you overhaul your engine? If yes do you put the timing mark aligned on its gear? Before you put the injection pump, do you turned ingine on TDC and 7° that saw on crank shaft pully? Before you setting the camshaft you have to looked at the timing mark of a cranksahft pully (position is 0) Then put the camshaft positioning letter B align to a cylender head edge on your left side before it goes down. Why it is not start it self when you start the engin,unless you pulled the accelerator of the engine, Posible Answer: *if your timing mark is correct and aligned on its position, the camshaft and the ijector pump and still not start, i think your ijector pump has a problem you need to calebrate it. *Did you see the position of plunger or the piston inside to your ignition pump? If the engine is on TDC the position of plunger #4 is on the bottom position, I wish you understand kabaro.. thank you and mabuhay
Yung valve spring po ai asawahan po un, isang malaki at isang maliit,yung maliit po n mababa ai sa loob ng malaki ilalagay, at mapapansin mo po sa spring ung kabilang dulo po nia ai malimit ang ikot yung kabila po ai malaki ang agwat, yung malimit po ai sa ibaba at yung malaki ang agwat ai sa taas.. halos magkatulad lng po boss,, basta lagi nio lng tatandaan kung mag aalis kau ng ijection pump,or magtop overhaul, lagi nio pong iposotion sya ng tdc, para maging cgurado ka boss, remove ang cylinder cover, tingnan mo ang timing mark ng gear ng camshop mo kung magkatapat, sunod galawin mo ang #1 rocker arm,(intake &exuast) kung free sya pareho at gumagalaw, and last the injection timing magkatapat dapat, 100% po tdc n makina nio, yan lang po ang unang una natin tatandaan mapaliit o malaking makina, 4 or 6 cylinder, thank you sir joseph abaring😊👍
D ko po maintindihan ung tanong nio sir, yung gear ba ng camshaft,drive gear crankshaft, or gear box po? Ilang taon n po ba ung sasakyan nio? Kung ang tinutukoy nio sir is mga drive gear sa makina tulad ng sinabi ko, tingnan nio po muna kung malaki n ba ang kain ng ng bawat gear, kung malaki n at malalim n much better palitan nio n sir ung gear n makalog, or pwd nio rin tingnan sir ung bushing ng drive gear baka maluwag n po kaya maingay, sana po ai naintindihan nio sir ung paliwanag ko po..👍
Hello bro.I'm based in south Africa and I need your help.ive asembled a 6hh1 engine and it doesn't want to start on its own strength.I put it on the truck and realized that the compressor timing was off.so I opened it and reset it to match the "S".after that it still doesn't want to start.not sure it the tappet setting is off.can u please help me.maybe provide me with your email address.please bro.thank you
