Great job on a sad story (sad for the victim and his family). Also I am NOT kidding and wonder if anyone else got the Ricky W add for DD’s Felon? I swear on a stack of bibles I could not believe it. Is it the algorithms? Why didn't he look into the case? He only read the victims family statements. There was opposing testimony. And a lot left out here that brings into understanding the sentence. Then basically labeled the guy a racist at the end. I say bad job covering Josh's story. Very one sided.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong

This is just my opinion and I really don't care what anybody else thinks. The truth is we don't really know the whole story, yet we give strong opinions about things like how in the world he got just four years and 3 years probation, but I will tell you this: California - which is where this happened - is the biggest proponent of defunding the police in this country. Be glad it didn't happen in the past couple of years. He would have gotten six months and 30 days probation and let out for good behavior after 15 days.
There sure is a lot of good going on in disc golf these days. Why dredge up something from nearly a decade ago when there are so many more positive things you could be writing about? I have enjoyed the past few postings, but this one just doesn't make me want to hit the subscribe button.

Let’s just piece together what we can with internet search’s and tell a story....
I know that a lot of people will like this story,I’m not one of them.
This doesn’t create anything positive and there’s many positive disc golf stories
I will subscribe if you take the video down(this was supposed to be facetious ,but the average TH-cam person won’t get it)
I figure I’ll add a couple questions to ask yourself after watching the video...
    1. After watching the video are you left believing that a man was hit with an RV for no reason? It sounds like they barely talked and then Josh jumped in his RV and aimed at him
    2. If his sentence was 4 years is it possible that it wasn’t just clearly a homocide?
    3. The man killed went to the liquor store 3 times that day?
    4. Are you familiar with the area this took place?
5 Who was the man killed?
The whole thing is awful for everyone involved. I just think since you’re lacking a lot of details, the only thing it serves is for a few thousand you tubers to hate Josh without knowing all the details or the other 40 years of his life
