I mean, we are all acting to a certain degree. My favourite Brie Larson says she was painfully shy as a kid and is introverted and private still but she never had trouble acting on stage. That sounds weird at first but it makes totally sense. I could be better at acting than at real random awkward social interaction. Human interaction isn't scripted but performance is. You become part of something bigger by performing well, when off stage you have trouble connecting to people. We have to seperate the performning artist/actor from the public persona from the private persona. So it's like a matrjoshka doll. Which is very hard for the human brain. It can even be impossible if you only know certain videos of a person or if you have only seen an actor play a bad guy without ever seeing him off screen. It's a mindflip.

It is because African Americans don't know how influential their culture has been outside of America and assume white people outside of America are like white people inside America. Groups like Public Enemy and NWA were more popular and mainstream in the UK than America. Also Iggy is globally popular when few new hip-hop artists are these days so African American rappers get jealous and turn it into a race argument so her sells decline. I just say American music in general is crap right now because the biggest American artist is the terrible Taylor Swift, so no wonder an Australian rapper is so popular.
