Chelek mehazman is the name of the song, and means part of the time.
Idan fought in the IDF years back, and wrote a song about his feelings there. The song is called "ke'ev shel lochamim" which means "the pain of fighters".
He later played in the movie "fauda" on Netflix.
And in this current war he went back to fight as a reservist, and got seriously injured and is now recovering. He's a real hero!! ❤️❤️🩹

Idan Amedi is not only an amazing singer who’s writing all his songs he also a hero who serves in the Israeli military special forces and just got injured few months ago in the war in Gaza and lost many of his friends 😢.
He also an amazing actor who plays role in one of the most successful tv show on Netflix called “ Fauda “ about the conflict between Israel and Palestinian .

This video is a compilation of a live show interspersed with some other videos with him.
Idan was nearly fatally injured in Gaza earlier in this war. In Israel the officers always lead their troops into battle, don't simply send them to fight from behind. Whilst in hospital he was only interested in the fate of his soldiers, not in himself.

He is our hero! He is still recovering from a severe injury from his service in Gaza. He lost a lot of good friends there, and he is really struggling. And he has a good soul, dropping his career and serve the country for a lot of months, talking about being united. About good that prevail..
