Yes. Rose has wide range of vocals. Maybe in Blackpink she got the higher pitch more because Jisoo sounds better in her low pitch so Rosé given the higher pitch to compliment each other
That "You can't pick one of them to be the best" is so true every one of them are good in their own ways, that is why I love them. They are not just beautiful, they are talented and smart.

When GD was presenting the song during a promo, he explained that the female vocals was from a member of an upcoming girlgroup. Thanked her and said that he like her vocal tone so much. Taeyang also once said that his favorite female vocal is Rosé's.

I love all of their voices so much but I think jisoo’s has to be my favourite. Her voice has such raw emotion to it.
As some of you may know, when they were still trainees, lisa is the one consistently getting As on her monthly evaluation. And they are being graded for both singing and dancing. This girl wont have those As if she can't sing. You will hear her voice on her duet with Rose for L-O-V-E. That will show hiw good she is at singing. They just don't give her the chance to sing.
Blackpink is the only girl group (that I know of) to NOT have an official leader. All 4 members are equal. ❤️
