Love your wee videos! It’s like watching your bestie! In your previous video you said about wedding dress and the pressure you feel to fit into it! I had the exact same thing for 2 years it was horrendous but it was fine on the day! Looking back I’m like oh I look great but at the time I didn’t feel like that! I started at a PT gym it’s PT but small classes - soooo good - after the wedding and it’s been amazing for me and really changed my attitude about weight loss!

I think I've realise I just want to "feel the best version of myself" which isn't a number in my clothes or on a scale, it's just feeling confident, strong, healthy, happy, mentally positive etc, and Personal Training is actually contributing so well to all of that, including my attitude to weight loss too! Im in my late 30's and ive done all my friends hen do's and i feel like i have had my fill of hen do's and im not feeling like i want one myself and im ok. I know i wont regret it. Id rather go for dinner with my small circle.

I didn't have a hen do and don't regret it one bit! We had a bbq at our friends house with all our close friends. It was chilled and relaxed and perfect for us. It was nice to have a joint thing so we could all get to know each other. Whatever you decide just make it right for you, not what society thinks you should do x
Love the colour of your nails. I’m not a fan of nail salons I find them too overwhelming so I brought my own gel kit and do them all myself and wouldn’t look back so quick and easy. Just makes me feel more human and put together 🥰
Thank you! I love that where I go she does it from her house, so I don't do a salon either. That's great though, it's quite therapeutic painting them too!

I didn’t have a hen do either my mum sister in law and cousin went for a spa day and dinner and it was bliss. Glad benji recovery going well. Wonderful Vlog! Love to see the home vlogs and how y'all are doing. I also listened to "I'm glad my mom died" audiobook as well. She does a great job tying in her experience with her dark humor and story telling. I grew up with her on tv and it just breaks my heart what she went through.
Everyone needs a Me Day!!! 😍😍😍 I don't do a lot of audiobooks but I did listen to "Spare" that way (and it made me cry a couple times!). My daughters and I are going to see "Barbie" tomorrow and we're really excited for it!!! 🌺🌺🌺 Banana bread is ALWAYS good!!! 🍌🍌🍌 I put chocolate chips and vanilla in mind too!!! Bonnie is SO adorable!!! I don’t know I’d they have this in the UK but I love Olive & June for home manicures! Highly recommend their polish system. The poppy makes it really easy to apply the polish and it lasts a long time for home manicures! Sorry to sound like an ad 😅 but I really do like the brand. Loved the vlog! 😊

We could all do with making that change, people might be a little happier and the world a nicer place! I love getting my nails done. It's a small simple act that's me time away from kiddo, and makes me feel better about myself. Or as hubby would say just do it, happy wife happy life 😂

But just like you’re doing with your wedding, you can make your Hen Do whatever you want it to be, doesn’t have to follow any norms. Anyways just wanted to share. Do whatever brings you the most joy. I had a hen do bc it was ‘the thing to do’ and it felt a bit forced but I still enjoyed it. We went bowling, had some Prosecco and snacks whilst we were there, and then went to Slug and Lettuce for a boozy afternoon tea. It was nice, but I don’t think I’d have been mad had I not had one if you know what i mean. You’re ignoring all the traditions so far, why not ignore one more 😜 Thanks for keeping me company as I wash up today’s pots xxx
Also, I've found that PT has really benefited me and has worked out the best for me (punn intended). I didn't stick to a regular workout before that and I was really intimidated by it. I've worked with a PT for amount 2 years now and still find all the benefits. I hope it works for you and you find so many benefits from it.
That's amazing, it's so refreshing finding the thing that works for you and the most important part for me is that I really enjoy it! It's so great to have someone else build a plan and show me how to use everything!

We lost twin son 10 years ago before having our beautiful daughter Emily. 10 years of IVF, our springer Brodie was a huge help through the dark and the good days. But when we lost our dog Brodie,it felt like we lost our sons all over again,as he supported us through their lost. You are a beautiful person and a beautiful couple Brogan. Yes, it's about mind over matter and believing in your inner self to help motivated and inspire the weight lost. Your vlogs are so uplifting, and helpful,as we had been to DLP in April, Emily 1st of many disney trips, your vlogs helped so much as we used the eurostar. That’s so funny you listened to Prince Harry’s audiobook because I just saw their documentary on Netflix and kept thinking how Harry reminds me of Benji! Also Bonnie is just the most pure, sweet ball of love and I love that you adopted a senior dog so so much.
We were the same as you, when we got married. We bucked tradition. I didn't want a hen do, or a big wedding. We paid for our own day, a small affair on our own terms. It is your wedding and you must do what you want, not what society expects. I applaud you both 👏 Great work, Benji. I broke my back years ago. I swam half a mile most days for my recovery. It really helps to build your muscles and strength, and I'm sure you'll be back on the golf course and your pre-surgery self very soon. Loving the Barbie nails 🩷

Everyone needs a Me Day!!! 😍😍😍 I don't do a lot of audiobooks but I did listen to "Spare" that way (and it made me cry a couple times!). My daughters and I are going to see "Barbie" tomorrow and we're really excited for it!!! 🌺🌺🌺 Banana bread is ALWAYS good!!! 🍌🍌🍌 I put chocolate chips and vanilla in mind too!!! Bonnie is SO adorable!!! You are VERY good at replying to comments and I LOVE getting them from you!!! 👍👍👍 My oldest daughter is getting married in September so I'm working with her matron of honor to finish details of her bachelorette party. I don’t know I’d they have this in the UK but I love Olive & June for home manicures! Highly recommend their polish system. The poppy makes it really easy to apply the polish and it lasts a long time for home manicures! Sorry to sound like an ad 😅 but I really do like the brand. Loved the vlog! 😊

Go you taking care of yourself! we all get so wrapped up in life/work/drama that we don't take the time to prioritise our personal wellness. Or get guilted into not making it a priority. We could all do with making that change, people might be a little happier and the world a nicer place! I love getting my nails done. It's a small simple act that's me time away from kiddo, and makes me feel better about myself.
Or as hubby would say just do it, happy wife happy life 😂

She’s so well trained! My Faye was incredibly intelligent, I’ve never known a dog so clever. Anyway, I digress, we love your vids and how “real” you are and how you show the good and bad of life. I hope Benj is healing up well after his surgery. He seems to be doing really well! But just like you’re doing with your wedding, you can make your Hen Do whatever you want it to be, doesn’t have to follow any norms. Anyways just wanted to share. Do whatever brings you the most joy. I had a hen do bc it was ‘the thing to do’ and it felt a bit forced but I still enjoyed it. We went bowling, had some Prosecco and snacks whilst we were there, and then went to Slug and Lettuce for a boozy afternoon tea. It was nice, but I don’t think I’d have been mad had I not had one if you know what i mean.
You’re ignoring all the traditions so far, why not ignore one more 😜

Also, I've found that PT has really benefited me and has worked out the best for me (punn intended). I didn't stick to a regular workout before that and I was really intimidated by it. I've worked with a PT for amount 2 years now and still find all the benefits. I hope it works for you and you find so many benefits from it.
That's amazing, it's so refreshing finding the thing that works for you and the most important part for me is that I really enjoy it! It's so great to have someone else build a plan and show me how to use everything!

We lost twin son 10 years ago before having our beautiful daughter Emily. 10 years of IVF, our springer Brodie was a huge help through the dark and the good days. But when we lost our dog Brodie,it felt like we lost our sons all over again,as he supported us through their lost. You are a beautiful person and a beautiful couple Brogan. Yes, it's about mind over matter and believing in your inner self to help motivated and inspire the weight lost. Your vlogs are so uplifting, and helpful,as we had been to DLP in April, Emily 1st of many disney trips, your vlogs helped so much as we used the eurostar. Hoping to do Orlando in a couple years, as our honeymoon was their 18 yrs ago. Love you to both and Bonnie 💗xxx
That’s so funny you listened to Prince Harry’s audiobook because I just saw their documentary on Netflix and kept thinking how Harry reminds me of Benji! Also Bonnie is just the most pure, sweet ball of love and I love that you adopted a senior dog so so much.

We were the same as you, when we got married. We bucked tradition. I didn't want a hen do, or a big wedding. We paid for our own day, a small affair on our own terms. It is your wedding and you must do what you want, not what society expects. I applaud you both 👏
Great work, Benji. I broke my back years ago. I swam half a mile most days for my recovery. It really helps to build your muscles and strength, and I'm sure you'll be back on the golf course and your pre-surgery self very soon.

question about your oowala bottle. they say you cant wash it in the dishwasher (due to the outer layer able to chip ) do you have any experience with it? or do you jsut put it in the dishwasher anyway?
We just handwash them and leave them to dry as they're a bit bulky in our dishwasher anyway!
