Hey Brogan! I’m an OG subscriber who recently re-subbed after taking time away due to breaking up with my long term partner of 10 years, 2 years ago. Anyway, just wanted to comment to say I’m so happy to see you doing so wonderfully and excited for all your wedding plans. I’m glad Benji is doing well now post surgery and it warms my heart to see you both still so in love and happy together. I am shocking at doing make-up (apart from a bit of eyeliner and Mascara) so I got a MUA for my wedding but I searched for so long for one who did natural looks. She worked wonders and I loved how I looked, it gave me so much confidence. She used Charlotte Tilbury products, the foundation she used was incredible! So you've definitely bought good stuff 😅

I was just thinking how lovely your hair looks at the start of this vlog just as you said you weren't keen on it. Totally understandable to want to have a bit of a change before your wedding though. I still think it looks lovely as is but it'll look lovely no matter what you decide on. ❤️✨

I really want to try CT make up, individual pieces are so expensive but you got loads in your haul so think I’ll revisit! We ❤ our Cineworld card, been card holders for about 4 years and totally agree about the novelty of seeing full cinemas again even though the ice cream queues are rediculous 😆 and BR ice cream is the best!! Lush vlog today x

Uh oh is there an ice bath controversy . 🤣 AHH that Lego mini Disney Castle (aka the Mouse House lol) I got for Christmas last year! They have a bigger more detailed one but this suits me well enough. Cute and doesn't take up much space. Your pin collection is amazing. Another lovely homey vlog..what else is new here😊

We have an Emma mattress it awesome
Our spare room is full of toys ( grandchildren) buggy’s,cars,dolls craft making things…
My football things ( Denver Broncos) and my Disney bits n bobs….
Also our posh cruise stuff hangs in the” spare” wardrobe…
I totally get how someone else doing the make- up makes you feel unlike you and over done..
I felt like that when I got married…37 years ago!!
Love the bronzer tin……and the packaging on the items are lush…
I’m useless at doing my make..when I use it..which isn’t every day.

Hi Brogan, Just to make you aware. The Jo Malone perfume goes off after a year! My daughter took one back to store as the colour had gone really yellow and the staff told her that it only lasts for a year so you need to use it within that time! I’d never heard that about perfume before… 🤷♀️
Urban Decay setting spray will definitely keep your makeup in place all day even in the heat! X

I love the CT range ❤ I use all the Eyes to Mesmerise cream eye shadows and love them 😍stay looking good all day and don’t crease. The bronzer is also good 🥰

I was bridesmaid for my best friend a few years ago and we all did our own as she wanted us to look like us on her day - she had no regrets! Also £200 sounds a lot but you'll get a lot of use out of the actual make up rather than paying that for 1 day! Love the homey vlogs ❤️

This sounds nuts but I use a Brita filter jug to wash my hair. I have really hard water and my hair feels so smooth and healthy now. Also I use Clinique Lash Power tubing mascara which stops mascara from transferring onto my eyelids, and it really helps in hot weather.

I used my birthday money recently to try some Charlotte Tilbury make up as I've been wanting to try it for a while and I got the Beautiful Skin foundation - love it! and the Pillow talk mascara - ok but I prefer the Tarte tartelette mascara 🥰 (also had the lights camera lashes which is great too). I also LOVE Tarte's Shape Tape concealer - 100% recommend xxxx. Ps have you seen that Charlotte Tilbury has done a Disney collaboration? EEK 🤩

Hi Brogan i love Charlotte Tilbury you tube how to guides. I was recently a bridesmaid and her make-up videos really help. Benji looks so well its great to see him looking so healthy. Tell benji when he takes a hot bath to stand up and turn on the cold shower and stand under it for 5/10 minutes it helps your immune system build up but after dry off vigorously and get under the covers for 20 minutes so your body can recover!

I 100% agree with what your saying about the makeup for your wedding. I honestly got a makeup person to do mine for my wedding and when she left I sipped it all off as I felt way to over done. ( I don’t wear makeup . Only mascara and concealer) you should do it yourself your makeup always looks amazing x

Hey Brogan. Love your videos! I did my own make up on my wedding day and it was great. I would recommend having a tutorial in store with CT. This is what I did. It was personalised to my complexion and my style and the MUA taught me exactly how to apply each product. I then practised weekly before the wedding and was totally fine in the day. Hope that helps! Xx

Hey Brogan! Loving all the charlotte tilbury make up, looks gorgeous! As a make up lover - Just a tip, when applying blusher, apply it much higher up on your cheek, almost where you put bronzer - it will give a more sculpted look xx

Re the perfume colour, perfume does go bad when it’s exposed to light. Ideally you’re supposed to leave them in their original boxes (it’s why most perfume boxes have double layers or black insides). I just found some Jean Paul Gautier in a (very rusty) tin that must be 20 years old and it’s absolutely fine.

I got all my wedding makeup from Charlotte Tilbury (done my own makeup) & it may be expensive but when you take into consideration the price you’d pay for wedding makeup and you don’t even get the products to keep its 100% worth it! Xx

You are quite right re spending the money on make up (that you can keep using) rather than a MUA for a few hours. The CT products look fab. It makes me wish I was much younger! The Charlotte tilbury blush you have to blend quickly bc it drys down - I have dry skin n it can be quite hard to work with better with a damp beauty blender

I also did my own makeup for my wedding because I knew it would help calm me down on the day (still remember shaking while I was trying to put mascara on though!) I followed a Lisa Eldridge tutorial which gave lots of tips and tricks for brides. Also the best waterproof mascara I found was Estée Lauder Sumptuous Volume Extreme Waterproof - lasts through tears and sweat like nothing else (I was so hot in my wedding dress but my makeup looked flawless 😂)

I used Charlotte tilbury beautiful skin foundation all the time and other Charlotte tilbury products , i find it’s the only makeup brand that doesn’t irritate my skin as my skin is very sensitive ❤ as always loved this vlog q

For your perfumes, it’s best to keep them in a cool dark place or in the box it came in. Light makes the color change and the smell changes as well.

So exciting to see you preparing for your wedding! I got married last year and have to say the biggest advice in terms of having your makeup look perfect comes down to your skin prep before the big day.
Highly recommend monthly targeted facials with someone who will work on your skin goals so your skin is looking and feeling it’s best on your big day. I’m a huge fan of LED light treatment too! ❤️

Excellent vlog yet again! Love the new makeup collection you bought. The blush color is lovely and it’s a good thing you’re foundation will match you now. This way you have lots of time to try and test it before the wedding. And by then you can choose the correct color for the shade you’ll be on your wedding day! 😻😻

just as a reminder you can't grow your hair while cutting it. granted your hair doesn't grow there obviously but it doesnt encorage growth
I meant more to help it grow healthier because it removes the hair that would split, and therefore it will grow better for the wedding day!
