Something no one's talking about is how Mothwing is the only Medicine cat in the thumbail not to bow, which can be representated as her begin the only one not beliving in starclan's will
ugh! I can't stop replaying that last bit with Mothflight! How she's the first, reaching out to the lunar moth like a, "how do I do this?" and the start of the continual answer which simply boils down to, "you try"
I also love this detail, but it also makes me think of how Mothwing was accepted as an apprentice to Mudfur. What if that story was passed down. How significant of an omen that was to Mudfur.
0:16 The bit with Gorsepaw smiling at Barkface as Tigerclaw attacks him is such AN INCREDIBLE moment. His little smile that says something like “…It’s fine…I’m gonna be okay”, while Barkface is forced to watch and know he won’t be 🥺😭 So haunting. So much emotion conveyed in so little movement. Whoever animated that little bit, BRAVO! 👏 Your ability to capture such subtle yet intense nuance is IMPRESSIVE.

This is one of the MAPs that give me chills and gets me re-watching over and over. The animators did so well. Though, I think I wasn't stable while watching, because I said 'drown flametail drown'
GAH ALL THE PARTS IN THIS ARE STUNNING AND THE ENDING WITH MOTHFLIGHT AND THE MOTH?? UGH IT TIES IT ALL TOGETHER!! This was beautifully done and the hype was SO worth it!!!
The concept for this is amazing! Something I never knew I needed, I always admired medicine cats but this really highlights how difficult it must actually! Especially when you’re the last line of defence for your loved ones.. Great work everyone!!❤

I'm a grown adult and sitting here emotionally broken watching this on a loop. It is stunning. The art and animation is beautiful, the song fits incredibly well, and the amount of memories this stirred up is incredible. What a work of art!
I gotta say, I love Ravenwing’s part. He acknowledges he hurt the kittens he demonized and is willing to admit as much and make amends to them. (Not saying he deserved to be murdered, he didn’t, but I also feel like it’s nice to see someone acknowledge Raven’s part in the story and how he hurt the lives of three innocent children)
I’m so excited to see this map. I joined the server in February of 2022, and honestly I loved seeing the progression of map parts grow. I love this song so much, and the song displays medicine cats so well! Good job everyone 💕
There is something so deeply beautiful about this MAP that I can't describe. It made me emotional in a way no other Warriors MAP ever has. I know this is going to be a staple of Warrior Cats history like the Hollyfawn MAP, Mr. Fear, or the "Ready as I'll Ever Be" one, it's simply a masterpiece. 0:31 the transition from Leafpool crying over her mentor to her daughter actually has me in tears
I've watched this about a billion times but just realized I've never commented anything, this is absolutely amazing, by FAR one of my favorite maps this community has ever created!
Dude this works out so well because the books talk about how hard it is for a medicine cat to lose their first patient, but I don't think they FULLY highlight just how hard it is (from what I remember.). They can't turn their emotions off, in fact medicine cats usually need to be empathetic in order to do their job well. Even grumpy cats like Yellowfang and Jayfeather or Goosefeather (if im right) had empathy for others. It has to be so crazy depressing when your ONE JOB is to keep cats healthy and yet they die at your hands (or paws in this case). Anyway, I'm so glad to see med cats highlighted, i love them a lot! This MAP was so good, it eas crazy smooth and so well put together, honestly amazing job all around!
I have no words. I have been waiting for this MAP for so long and none of the animators disappointed! This was TOO GOOD, the song, the characters that fit perfectly for each part was just flawless. Thank you so much for working so hard on this for our enjoyment! 👏✨

This is so gorgeous oh my gosh!! the green moth (luna moth?) element throughout every character is so beautiful! and the end where Mothflight was looking at the dead moth....incredible. This is such a wonderfully thought out and put together MAP I rewatched it to pay more attention to the moth and the way it's used as symbolism for being a medicine cat so beautiful. Cinderpaw seeing the moth and taking it when she decides to be a medicine cat. Jayfeather emerging with Flametail's moth when he died. Mistystar taking Mothwing's. Amazing. Also the amount of emotion that's conveyed when they're all together is phenomenal. I cannot praise this MAP enough between the song choice (using the Grey's Anatomy verison so there's a variety of voices), the animation, the imagery and symbolism, and the overall emotion that's felt through the screen. it's just beautiful.
Sooo happy to see it complete!! Everyone did an amazing job, I even shed some tears! This was my very first time participating in a MAP and I'm thrilled to seeing it finally out!

I mean when I say this is one of the BEST MAPs I have ever seen. The story and the song are bone chilling, and the art is FANTASTIC. Good job to everyone who participated!

I have no words. I have been waiting for this MAP for so long and none of the animators disappointed! This was TOO GOOD, the song, the characters that fit perfectly for each part was just flawless. Thank you so much for working so hard on this for our enjoyment! 👏✨

This is so gorgeous oh my gosh!! the green moth (luna moth?) element throughout every character is so beautiful! and the end where Mothflight was looking at the dead moth....incredible. This is such a wonderfully thought out and put together MAP
I rewatched it to pay more attention to the moth and the way it's used as symbolism for being a medicine cat so beautiful. Cinderpaw seeing the moth and taking it when she decides to be a medicine cat. Jayfeather emerging with Flametail's moth when he died. Mistystar taking Mothwing's. Amazing.
Also the amount of emotion that's conveyed when they're all together is phenomenal. I cannot praise this MAP enough between the song choice (using the Grey's Anatomy verison so there's a variety of voices), the animation, the imagery and symbolism, and the overall emotion that's felt through the screen. it's just beautiful.

Постоянные проррчества, которые нужно расшмвровать, полныц отказ от личной жизни, смерти сопокменникрв, которве не можешь предотвратить... Они за счёт того, что не учавствуют в битвах, переживают целые поколения без пары и детей, смотря как твои бывшие товариши по детской отправоябися к звёздам один за другим, как умирабт уже и их дети и внуки, твои родные и близкие, стоя перед умирабщим с тяжёлой раной понимать, что уже ничегг не можешь сделать или облегчить старадания узодящего на тот свет. Очень жертвенный путь, полный смертей, пророчеств и ответственности.

I saw the map call for this and saved it to a playlist of maps that I'm waiting for the completed version of, and was super excited for this. It was 100% worth it. Everyone did absolutely amazing, and it made me cry a little bit, that's how emotionally impactful it is. Everyone did an amazing job.
