I LOVE Maggie Gillenhall as an actress and that she spoke of Madonna in such awe and admiration, without the bitter, hurt ego that other celebs had when spoke of her. Madonna is an Icon, like her or not.

She hasn’t created works peace. Hasn’t fired a disease. Doesn’t help anyone, except sell records to enrich herself. Why should her being this “icon” you claim her to be, matter for anyone and more importantly, for you? Perhaps you need to go out and do some charity work and focus less on a rich celebrity live never met and actually live your own life. Stop living through so called “icons”.
I think you want her to be fascinating because you feel you and your life isn’t. And so you project those qualities onto her. She’s just a singer and pop star who sold lots of records. Not sure why that makes her “endlessly fascinating.” Your definition of “fascinating” must be very limited if that’s what you think.
And now, 2023 Madonna is touring with Celebrate proving that 65 is just a number for the haters. She has amazing legs, is fit and beautiful and singing live. She's saying and I hear her that it's ok to be 65 and feel beautiful, sexy and talented. Ageism is horrible and women who are bashing her should wear a lingerie and feel good in their skins. Aging is not a sin. Everyone wakes up older everyday. Thank you Madonna ❤
Aging is not a sin. That's why she's desperately trying to look younger by botchering her face with plastic surgery and wildly applying rejuvenating filters on her social networks? I find that VERY contradictory.

On the other hand, she's possibly the most infamous woman that has lived for the past 40 years. I truly believe Madonna should have tons of Grammy awards based on her songwriting and producing alone, but the quality of her work has always been overshadowed by her controversies. And let's not forget how ageism has left her by the wayside, even while writing and producing incredible work (though a bit inconsistent at the same time). I like the story of Madonna brushing off the guy who wrote her first hit song. "Madonna this is the man who wrote your very first hit. He has been looking forward to meeting you" to which Madonna replies "Well, now he has" and walks away. Class act.
I don't understand why someone would put that type of an attitude on a pedestal. It's great to be successful, but any collaboration can't be one sided. I myself prefer someone more gracious. I do like her music but when your have an air or haughty attitude that doesn't work. I had a boss talk to me about my attitude at one point in my life. Luckily, i lost the chip on my shoulder.
How is that a class act? It’s really rude And disappointing.
I love that Tom Holland is gushing about Madonna (who wouldn't?) but he's sat next to a living legend, Kylie Minogue, herself.
Lol this show is so funny! Most of the guests are more neurotic than Woody Allen, but the end result is hilarious and totally liberating! An example where "the whole is bigger than the parts"! Lol😺
Eric and Debra are so funny and natural. I miss their show!
Madonna is 92 years old this year
Loved the clips
Madonna has to meet Kylie Minogue in the Graham Norton show.
Fun fact: Madonna performed on the Eurovision in 2019 during the interval act, singing her songs "Like a prayer" & "future", which she sang alongside American rapper Quavo.
Fun fact: I went for a poo about an hour ago
Yeah, the most cringy performance ever of her. Horrid live vocals. As a fan of her for many many years since the "Like a Virgin" era that was the time I had to accept she should retire.
@@letranger2000 I hope everything turned out well.
1:56 Madonna unimpressed but Kylie Minogue puts comforting hands on you? That is nothing but win right there.
Yes! Exactly.
6:26 Eric had time that day 🤣🤣 what a scorching read
Maggie is so beautiful. So cute, so attractive
Love Madonna!
Went straight to the Tom Holland Lip Sync Battle clip after it was mentioned he’s a good dancer. 🕺 ☔️
That bit with the dolls made me wanna crawl out of my skin
Wow that couch at the end there what an A list of actresses; plus Rhianna.
👑 Madonna
I miss this Madonna. Idk what happened to her, she was so respected
She still is, she’s redoing her whole catalog, doing remixes for her hits. She’s still amazing it’s just people are ageist and rude
@@Peterrdee I’m not talking about her age, I’m talking about that her performances sucks lately, making remixes is cheap and lazy. Nobody in real world respects todays Madonna.
Unlike other pop stars that have been around forever, she never chose to retire or present herself as a legacy act. By continuing to release music as if she was just starting out, it gives people the opportunity to call her a flop. If she stopped in 2008 and stuck with a Vegas residency and an occasional interview she would be revered.
The most controversial thing Madonna has ever done is stick around. People will love her when she’s dead, that’s how it’s always been.
Also, regarding performance ability… She is about to turn 65. She just got a hip replacement and knee surgery. She’s still FAR more agile and physically capable than 90% of people her age. Let’s be real
@@anna.phylactic i don’t mind that she stick around, I’m glad… but her work and art sucked lately
@@tsnovak20 no it's not. you just have a narrow mind that can't accept something that goes out of your basic frames. sorry to say that
Sara's is the best. That would be me.Someone would say Sam this is....and I'd be like no f..ing way!
3:22 cha-ching!
I'm with you on this one, Benedict!
