thank you!! it’s so reinsuring to hear that people enjoy seeing videos like this! it’s a lot of work but I‘m so happy I did it, for my own memories sake and for sharing with everyone who’s interested ❤️
and more! thank you for everything and I can’t wait to do it all over again some day 🧡 sending some extra energy for all your work and studying, and a hug! xx
As a New York native, I grew up 30 minutes away from Rhinebeck and the fairgrounds, I didn’t realize that the Wool festival was so popular! I haven’t been since I was in high school and it was so much smaller back then. It was so wild to see so many places I recognize and have been to so many times in my life. It was so unreal to watch you come off the Kingston-Rhinecliff bridge and know I would be going across myself soon. Also, Samuel’s Sweets is such a staple and right down the way from there is the cutest art shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of frequenting. It seems like you had so much fun here!
I’m so glad I’ve already put some plans in place for attending next year. I was a little nervous about getting overwhelmed but it looks so worth it and like taking a breather is do-able. Thank you for sharing!!
I have watched many Rhinebeck vlogs but yours was by far the most special and enjoyable one. Thanks for taking the time to take the photos, edit and share.
Marlene, thank you so much for this podcast. It’s so obvious you had an incredible time and thank you for taking us along with you. It was all so amazing to watch. I’m so glad you had such an incredible time. Such memories.
Yours is my favorite Rhinebeck vlog!!! I loved the way you narrated your experience. Thank you so much for capturing so much of the gorgeous scenery ❤ I don’t know how you did it, but your vlog was somehow peaceful in the midst of all the chaos. Thank you again for such a lovely job❤
I‘m so glad you enjoyed it 🥰 it was a very special weekend for me so making a big effort with this vlog just felt right and I loved sharing about it ☺️ thank you for the lovely compliment!
I ran into you and Chelsea on the hill and was so happy to see two of my favorite podcasters! It was my first Rhinebeck too, and wow, loooved it! Can’t wait to see your haul ;))
Thank you for sharing your Rhinebeck experience with us! This was amazing to watch and I enjoyed every minute of it. I look forward to seeing all your "haul" at a later date! 🤩🤩
What a wonderful video of your Rhinebeck experience. I almost feel like I could have been there with you. This video will be such a lovely reminder for you of the whole weekend. No wonder you'd love to go back. Rhinebeck is definitely on my wish list and even more so now 🍂🧶🐑
Oh my goodness. This is so amazing! I actually had a little tear when I saw all the people on the hill in their sweaters! Looks like you had the most wonderful time, and the most incredible fall weather. You have inspired me to start saving to come to Rhinebeck in 2026!! ❤ can’t wait to see your haul video.
This was so lovely to watch! I didn’t know Rhinebeck was such a gorgeous place. All the epic autumn vibes. Can’t wait for the next video with all the things you bought 🧶🧶
Marlene you fit right in to the northeastern US fall aesthetic! 😂 I’m so glad you had a great time at your first Rhinebeck. And look at Mia with her hidden talents! That meal looked like the work of a true chef!
right?! 😄 thank you! next time we’ll have to remember and take another picture when we see each other though! It really was delicious and she’s a great cook (:
Marlene, this was perfection!! So well done. I went to Rhinebeck in 2022 and your video convinced me I need to go back in 2025. Thank you for all the wonderful ideas for vendors to check out!
not me thinking you went to a restaurant for dinner (based on how incredible the food looked) and then you say "Mia cooked for us" Wow! looks like you had a really lovely time!
Standouts: 1. Hobbit wedding-YES 2. Yarn fumes-LOL 3. "We have to say goodbye to Chels. It'll be fine."-was 100% absolutely not fine 😂 Your whole weekend looked so amazing, thanks for taking us along!!! It was so so needed and wonderful to see you even for one short little day 🧡🧶
🧡 no it wasn’t fine but now we know that say bye without getting emotional about it isn’t our strong suit! it was so needed, I missed you & was so grateful for the day we got to spent together 🍁☺️
Marlene, this was such a lovely recap video! You captured the beauty of the weekend so well. I saw you at one point on the hill and wish I had gone up to you to say hello. Next time! 💖
definitely! I don’t think I can judge this fully without having experienced it but I‘ll try! indie had a lot of tables to sit at which were covered by a tent so that would’ve been fine with some mild rain, stronger rain could’ve been a problem because the sides were open but they might have added the side panels to the tent so that would’ve been fine! one of the barns had open sides as well so they would’ve needed covering but honestly I‘m very confident they would’ve thought of this judging from the overall picture of the event. it might have been a bit muddy though with the parking being on a sort of sand and gravel and the paths also either going over grass or small gravel - their was enough extra space to move around in the barns though so that was nice and would’ve been helpful in case of rain. as for cake the vendors were all in small tents so you would’ve definitely gotten more wet during your shopping in case of bad weather. the parking lot was all concreted though so that would’ve been good but in case of heavy rain I don’t think honestly that I would’ve gone just because there weren’t any seating areas to bring with and no covered area where you could’ve taken a pause from standing in the rain you know? hope this helps a bit! I’m very aware how lucky I got with the weather for this first rhinebeck experience ☺️
This is by far the best ever Rhinebeck review I have seen, your calm voice, your positive attitude and some very different shots ! thanks for this

I'm curious how you feel the NYS&W adjacent events would have been had the weather not been idyllic? This is helpful information for future planning.
