Dumbas s.. he took a fan blade.. not fan .. he took a motor additionally ..
Dumba ss squared.. he removed the voltage transformer from the charger and built it into the bulb case.. he didn't take the charger..
Dumba ss cubed.. he used the bulb casing .. not the bulb ..

The 5 V mains adaptor generates heat. Trapping that heat in layers of non heat conducting electrical tape is not good since the heat can cause it catch fire and is a hazard as such. The circuit is again insulated by the plastic body of the bulb which is again insulating. Not a safe project.
The DC motor and fan could have been mounted on any suitable enclosure and placed anywhere and be powered by the Phone charger. Else one has to stand near or under the light socket to feel the effects.

I made a hotdog cooker
in 6th grade. Used wire coat hanger, wood, a lightbulb socket, insulated wire (like from a lamp) and electric plug. The lightbulb socket and bulb was to remind you the coat hanger wire was electrified. Put the coat hanger wire into each end of the hotdog, and plug it in. The wire heats up from the electricity, and cooks the hotdog from the inside out. I prefer a grill for my hotdog 😂

Without adapter board we can connect to the LED board which is lights failed (3 watts,5watts,9 watts )
