Massive praise to the young lad who played JJ, amazing actor! Playing this particular role must have been extremely difficult but he truly made me hate this character. I hope your acting future continues to be great!
Yes definitely agree and Abe I've never hated another character more in hollyoaks then here comes Abe, it's just funny how all these bad situations are all done by white men
Agreed I always thought that his crimes was nearly in the territory of a life sentence especially as Frankie was a child throughout his crime. He got of lightly
Massive praise to the cast and company especially to the two artists at the heart of this story in Ryan Mulvey and Isabelle Smith. They have gained huge experience and exposure from the storyline by working alongside actors like Jimmy McKenna, Ashley Taylor Dawson and Jess Fox which be hugely valuable in their careers ahead which they cherish they were trusted by producers with game changing powerful storyline. My congratulations to them both
Well done to the guy that plays jj amazing actor would love to see him in other things he has a great career ahead of him this must have been hard for a boy to dig deep and act something so horrific 💙
Bruh wtf😮. This is the crazy. I know why he confessed cause he knew that if he won, it would have been worse form JJ. The guilt would have been too much for him and eventually he would have eventually confessed
Yeah in america if your a pedo you would get 15 yr to life 2yr that’s like for something petty like stealing or something it’s laughable punishment doesn’t feel like one either so Frankie has to sit and wait till he is released
@@ghfamghgam1172 It sure is. Especially because I do remember when Diane Langton previously appeared in two only fools and horses 🐎 episodes as Del Boy's ex - girlfriend June Snell. I'm glad he was found guilty but 2 years? He deserved a lot more than that. And I know that everyone is acting surprised that JJ hasn't changed or still doesn't think he's done anything wrong. People like JJ's mind works differently than regular people, things we find abhorrent or disgusting they see as the norm.
@Fauntleroy. He didn't mean it, he was only saying it so that Frankie would save his life. I mean when he was on the stand he went straight back to lying and being manipulative. And I suspect he broke down crying and confessed before his sentence to get sympathy from the jury and judge and get a lighter punishment, which he actually achieved.
@@Fauntleroy.and you actually think she’s going to see it that way? Plus yes, she is partially to blame since she knows he’s manipulative and a liar and incapable of change, he’s never once felt remorse for what he did, only that he got caught and how it’s effected him, not others. I think it was selfish of her to let him live and the world could have been rid of another predator and it is her and only her that kept him alive.
So what does this mean for Ryan Mulvey's portrayal of JJ? Is he leaving Hollyoaks or will they show him in the young offender's prison? I hate what JJ did, but I like Ryan, so if he's leaving the show, he will be missed.
It’ll jump ahead a year to when he’s out early for good behavior but then he offends again and Frankie will then blame herself since she’s the only reason he’s alive.
Just wondering how young an offender can be in your eyes and deserve life in prison. Is 10 too young? How about 8? Not having whole-life licenses for minors is completely reasonable. The UK already has the option to have someone held "at His Majesty's pleasure" in extreme cases, too, so you have a good system over there.
Jj should have come face to face with Fin OCorner if anything. Finn actually took responsibility for what he did and even got mad at Laurie and beat him up.
He'll still have to watch his ass and his back living in fear each second of it. Believe me, prisons aren't the most pleasant of places to be incarcerated in. They are literal slices of hell on earth. I work in one so I know.
And no doubt that most of the prisoners will make his life a living hell in two years, so he’s going to find out that even most criminals have standards unlike him.
With JJ sentenced to two years at the Young Offender's Detention Center as a sex offender, what's next for Frankie now that she earned the justice and closure?
He got the transplant he needed thanks to Frankie, so while he'll always be at higher risk for certain things, he could very well live out a totally normal life.
Possibly a confection to Frankie’s next assault storyline. It was previously stated & revealed that Frankie will be brought right back to square one again as someone else ends up taking advantage of her
@@laurafabianmarrero i guess that's the whole point. give a character the most horrific storylines possible until she is killed off in a stunt in 2028 once the character has gone stale.

Frankie would no way be allowed in while JJ was speaking to the prosecution barrister. What a glaring error.
She could absolutely ask to be there and the judge could allow it if she wished.
