The only thing I can equate to what I have felt is sleep paralysis.. feeling useless, wanting to scream but you physically can’t, you’re being held back and there’s nothing to do, until you figure out YOU ARE IMPORTANT AND MATTER. I have had the hardest year of my life, i thought by now i would know better. I guess i just wanted to be loved and accepted. So i isolate.....that is how i cope. I wish someone could tell me what to do next 😕
