Oh wow 😮, good to see Muna and Chiamaka eating the Oha soup. I thought they only like the okro soup. Muna really learned a lot from visiting Nigeria especially eating home foods 👏👏
Olivia,I like your personality and how you handle your family. Your mum really brought you up well, even in a foreign land. You're able to manage things. ❤
OMG!! Where did you get fresh, green uha from? Soup looks absolutely delicious. I only see frozen ones in the store. I prefer fresh green one. I know you guys enjoyed your dinner.
In Nigerian culture, we feed our children even if they are teenagers 🤓🤓. She is feeding her to make sure she eats instead of picking on the foods especially Muna who is learning to eat home foods. Please leave the lady alone and mind your business!
Please Olivia you don't have to feed your girl child. Cut the swallow into small balls, put it in plate and put the soup in another bowl and teach her to pick one ball ,deep it in the soup and she will enjoy it by herself.
The kids look just like their dad. Beautiful family.

That looks amazing!! I'm a stay at home mom myself with an 11mom old. I'm always trying to get different cooking ideas.❤
Start with okro soup when your baby is ready for solid foods, avoid too much spice. (Pepper)
@@ulomma6949 Thanks I'll definitely try that.

What's flour? Brand name?
It’s yam flour, made from yam tubers. You can get them in any African store home and abroad.
It’s African staple food.
Why do you feed Muna???
She is old enough to feed herself, what is wrong with you!!!! She is not a baby!!. And stop ignoring her, SPEAK TO HER!!!

Yam four
Is that gari guys that flour????
It looks smooth like yam flour. Thats what I think. It doesn’t have the grainy appearance of garri
Not garri. It’s yam flour, popularly called poundo, or pounded yam.
