This nagging question, I am not getting answer anywhere? what price to be considered as underlying for options? For examble, for Nifty index options, is it the index spot price or index futures price to be considered as underlying? In this video you seem to consider index futures price as underlying to calculate intrinsic value? why not the index spot price? In all options simulators they consider spot price to calculate profit & loss. Only monthly futures are available, then what about weekly options? Why do you consider futures as underlying?
Should we consider the nifty future price or nifty index price ? You have taken nifty future as stock price

how to find the sigma value of nifty or what is the formula to calculate sigma of any given number
Please explain time decay Vs volatility for buyer
Good morning sir. expiryIf option buyers wait until expiration the value of the period will decrease. Then the loss will come by itself.
How the extrinsic values will get changed for weekly expiry? Time value =number of days for expiry? And i v percent can we get in option chain table ?
Sir,
You told that the option buyers buy only ITM, At the same time option sellers will be sold the ATM and OTM Only.
If the sellers will not sell the ITM, How will buyers buying.
This situation is being in ATM and OTM also.

Hi Dr! Is not ATM strike a dynamic one. What is ATM strike may become otm or itm later. In that event an itm BUYER WILL LOOSE HEAVILY.Is it not ?
Buyers always carry a higher probability of loss
