Model-Based Definition (MBD) in NX 11

Model Based Definition is a way to document a product using 3D rotatable views instead of traditional 2D drafting views. This video demonstrates how MBD is used to "tell a story" about the product definition.

I apologize for the poor quality of this video. I was under a deadline to get it ready in time for a class. Because I did not have the correct conversion software, I used a video camera on the monitor. If I get the time, I will do it over.

Would be the best description of how to use the MBD and PMI features of NX, wish the video was better but I'll keep a lookout for your future postings. Thanks for putting this out there, as despite the quality of the screen capture, it was still super helpful.

exactly. You are right. Sorry, I was under a deadline to use this video for an online class, and did not have the right capture software that would work with my video editing software.
