About this channel: We are the Smith's. A Christian family of 6, living in the country just outside of Georgetown, Texas. Granger, a touring country music singer, Amber, an actor and stay at home mom, and their children: London, Lincoln, River and Maverick.

The Smiths is my FAVORITE thing y’all do! I literally say “Yay! It’s Tuesday/Thursday-I have an episode to watch!” I’ve watched y’all while I was on vacation, while I make dinner, driving in the passenger seat, you name it. All of those things wouldn’t be the same without having episodes to watch. Love y’all!
I understand that everyone needs a break sometimes but please don't quit making The Smiths videos! Or other videos either! I look forward to a video every Tuesday and Thursday!! I love how you share your story and lives and most importantly y'alls faith! Please don't stop!

Needing a break is 100% okay. Take some time for yourselves and come back when you feel refreshed and excited to film videos again. Personally, I really enjoy watching your videos twice a week and would miss watching them if you decided to quit for good, but taking a break for a while is healthy and completely normal. Do what makes you happiest and whatever God is leading you towards. ❤️

Amber especially matters to me. She moves me emotionally and spiritually and I think she is an emotional healer for others with a kindness and gentleness I wish the world had more of. I am subscribed to her channel but I do love seeing her as a wife and mother and how she connects everyday with the Lord even in the smallest ways that for many may go unnoticed. It's awareness of the beauty even in bad situations that she overcomes with a little help from God.

I was drawn to the Smiths at first because of your singing, but so much more has drawn me here since then. I also lost a child suddenly, a son. And your faith and strong connection to God has helped me and continues to help me, and is what keeps me coming. So following your sweet family means more to me than you will ever know and quite selfishly I want it to continue. The Lord has given you the power of his word so please continue to spread it. Oh and I will never forgive you if I can’t get my little fix of Maverick 😘🥰

Everyone needs a break and a refresh but PLEASE DON’T quit family and tour videos. I’m so excited to watch the kids grow into their passions. I love Ambers channel but I also like her vlogs on the Smith’s channel. Please don’t go, you’ll be missed. If you need to cut back to once a week we will make it, but you’re considered family!
The Smith's are an important part of my life. THE SMITH'S give me a reason to smile, especially lately. My husband of 30 years was diagnosed with lung and bone cancer. Watching your channel gives me a small break to watch your family.....love your channel

This was such a tender, vulnerable video. Talking about River's organ donation, Mavi beginning his swimming, so many emotions. I love all things Granger Smith, Amber, London, Lincoln, River, Maverick, Tyler, Parker, Momma Smith and all the rest of the gang. I enjoy watching every single podcast, Smith episode, Yee Yee podcast, After Midnight, you name it, I watch it. Now, that being said, you are a tremendous blessing to all of us and we are beyond grateful for all you have done. If this no longer aligns with your purpose, please know that I have been given so very much from all of you. I take none of this for granted, not even one single chicken! I had no idea how life changing a handsome country singer could be. My vote, NEVER QUIT. It is your vote that counts, your relationship to God, your beautiful family, your brothers, your Momma, your team. You are so very loved!
My son introduced me to ya'll 3 years ago and he was only 10! We love to watch together!!! We wouldn't want to stop watching ya'll but you have to do what you feel is right for you and your family!
The Smiths are very important to me. I've never even been to a concert. I don't have a car can't afford it and you've never been to the Toledo, Ohio area where I could even get a ride. I'm 67 and love The Smiths, Arise, and the Podcasts and all that mean everything to me. Please don't stop this old lady would have a broken 💔!! Love you guys!!!!

Everyone is always going to say please don't stop and they love you, but I will always say please do what you feel is best for you and your family. If you want to drop down to only doing one video a week then that would still be great and it would still be a blessing to everyone who gets to watch as fans.

I have gotten caught up on most TH-cam blogs and look forward to The Smith's each week. TH-cam and Arise are the ones I regularly listen to the most. You're a genuine family that I'm blessed by. Its not that often I find a Christian family whose lives are a blessing to so many on social media. Thank you for letting God use you as you live for Him.

This was the first time I hear River's story thank you for sharing. Was so happy to hear about the organ donation. My son was 40 when he got a heart transplant. I have a son who is 58 who needed a new heart but his heart is to bad. Now we have been asking for God to work a miracle. Otherwise he has maybe another 4 or 5 months left according to the doctors. I have had to put in God's hands but still pray for healing. God bless you from Michigan ❤️

Every Tuesday and Thursday I get all excited and after long 12 hour shifts of working patrol I come home crack open a cold one and watch you. Mondays first thing I do when I wake up podcast as I get ready for work, I love The Smiths and the podcast and watching your journey, and your faith and your podcast has gotten me back reading my Bible please don't stop! Granger, I truly hope you see this. (Do you make a difference?). My nephew is 11 years old. He lost both of his parents, and his 3yr. old brother in a car accident 2 years ago. We adopted him shortly afterwards. His name is Noah. We began watching YT videos of people going thru grief, and we came across you and Amber. We watched and received so much hope and inspiration from you and your precious wife. We sat down with Noah and asked him to watch. Your video changed his and our hearts! He is such a different child having watched you. He learned that it's ok to be happy, and to play with his friends. He learned that it's ok to be angry, and to cry. But most importantly, he learned that Jesus is always there for him. He loves being in church, and worshipping our Lord and Saviour. He smiles again, and he talks openly about his parents and little brother. You taught him that he will be ok. You taught him that hard days come, but he can trust Jesus to help him get thru it. So, to answer your question..Do I make a difference? The answer, overwhelmingly is YES! You bring hope and love to a dark world. Your children show love, and happiness after loss. (Something Noah really needed to see.) You tell of our Lord and Savior without hesitation. You speak life and love into existence. You bring smiles and laughter. So YES, my friend, your channel matters. And for our family, we will always be grateful. God Bless!!

Y'all have helped me though some of the most toughest time in my life like for example when I lost my grandma last year I thought my world was gonna collapse but I watched y'all's videos from after Riv passed and I saw how your family became closer and stronger after that and I took what y'all said and it helped me deal with the grief and now everything that I've since then Ive done for her, so basically what I'm saying is that if y'all quit making Smiths videos then how will continue to help people like me who are going through a tough time in their life so please keep making these videos!!

watching a Christian family keeping faith first with a hint of a country theme every Tuesday. Thursday as well a watching and listening to Ambers Sunday bible study is what keeps me going.. keeps me motivated If you need a vacation off TH-cam I completely understand just PLEASE don't make it a permanent vacation.

The Smith's are very important to me! Love seeing you and your family! I also believe in organ donation! Both of my parents wanted to be donaters but unfortunately neither were compatible. I've been signed up to donate since I got my driver's license and when my daughter was under age I always had the intention that if anything, God forbid, happened she would have been a donor. Amber when you were done with that video call I just wanted to give you a great big hug! Bless you for helping other families in your time of loss. River lives on! Bless him, bless you and praise the Lord!

I realize sharing your family with the world is a huge deal. I genuinely care about each of you … you’re very dear to my heart. I had no idea I could get so attached to a family I’ve never even met. I know your schedule is hectic and you work hard … I can’t imagine the stress you’re under. Life has taken me away from TH-cam for a while as Always The Smith’s Matter Never Doubt it and my son only wears his Yee Yee hat from last year it was the grey front with black YEEYEE on it and his hoodie in the winter!! Sending love and prayers

Please keep doing it. Not all of us can get out to your shows for whatever reason. I really appreciate seeing you and your family and waching the kids grow. Seeing a good wholesome family with faith in God online is something I appreciate watching especially when there's so much junk out there it's refreshing to see something so good.
Granger, for me it is most definitely worth it. I may not get to watch it right when you upload it, but I do watch them every week. Your walk with God and seeing how God has brought you and Amber through rough times, heartbreak, grief, suffering and how you guys kept your faith strong is a blessing and so encouraging. At such a hard time in your lives you both could have walked away. You could have gave up and walked away from your faith. Instead of leaning on God, each other, wrapping your kids in love, either one I you or both of you could have totally and completely shut everyone out and went the opposite way then the way you went. It would have been easy that way. A lot of families don't put God first at all times and if they have a lose, especially one of a child, they can't make it as a family. That is usually because they blame God and shut him out of their lives completely. You grabbed your family and grabbed on to our Lord and Savior with everything you guys had. He brought you guys through it and is still bringing you through it and you are not trying to do alone. Y'all are doing it as a family with God right with you. He has made y'all stronger as a family. What I love most is that y'all are using your tragedy, the worst day of your life as a testimony to win people to Christ. River is winning total strangers to Christ. I do know you guys doing The Smith’s has brought people to know the Lord. So please don't stop. Let me restate that. I know there are 1000s, & 1000’s and more that don't want you to stop and I also know that everyone needs a break or a vacation at times. So do that and while you do also pray about it and see what God said. Always let him lead you both in everything you do. As long as any of us as Christians remember he is in charge and we always allow him to lead the way in everything, not just somethings, but everything and do his will we will not be led astray. Always keep your faith strong and God first in your family and in everything you do. God bless you and your entire family.

Your shows are very important to our family. Our now 7 year old is autistic, he was very late at starting to talk. He could sing your songs perfectly before he could carry on an actual conversation. You helped more than any therapy.
