Sadly never gonna happen. They rebooted/retconned vert and his dad into battle force 5 which was nowhere near as good imo
TH-cam recommended this to me in 2023 ._.
it would be neat if they would do an origional acceleracers pack of all the racers

@Doomz4U Yes, I bought both series for my son. I have watched all of the episodes once but my son watched them several times.
I got this one for my fourth birthday because it fell right after a major hip surgery! Now I can't find it!!!! I loved how the designers knew the cars were supposed to go in backwards so had the circle thing to gyrate them around inside so they could come in and out facing the same way! Awesome!
The Drone Sweeper reminds me of a big 10 wheeler Semi Truck!👍😁🚛🤖💚
Whether you're aware of this now or not, the Sweeper in the movies (First revealed in the 2nd movie "The Speed of Silence") was meant to be a large Drone vehicle that could suck up multiple cars on the track. When inside, the cars would be disassembled, and the drivers would be put into small tubes near the rear of the Sweeper, with metal bars above them. There were also small mechanic Droids that would sabotage the cars, and in the 3rd and 4th movies, they were known to release Biker Droids.
I would have loved to have this as a kid, even now I would like to have one in my collection
I had a cargo truck that was 2 levels with a ramp that also could fit cars in the cab of the truck. Man, I wish I saw these when I grew up. I only saw Highway 35 and feel like discovering Acceleracers is like finding a lost part of my childhood that I never got to experience.

Even if you don't have the originals, it's great that they are still using the tools so we can get more colors =) As for the booster wheel looking like Mid-Air Madness, yes, same design.

Those Drones or robots that hang onto the bottom of the Drone Sweeper are pretty wild!

When I was five or six, I got it from my grandma. It was the coolest toy! I would always attach a loop to it so the cars could go through a loop!

i remember of drawning Taro's car getting chased by an sweeper when i was a kid, it was 2013 and my class mates dint cared much. Now i'm sad i got rid of all my old school note books, how much drawning have i made and i'm never seeing those again

I had the Acceleracers Trash Crawler, my great grandmother got it for me when she learned that I loved the show and she watched my expression when I saw the episode that the crawler was in while I was staying at her house. I miss her so much R.I.P Lenny Beck.

cool wall tracks bro and the Power Rage recolor is SICK! I wish I've ever seen it before. anyway, i found my dronesweep at wallyworld as they were starting to phase out the cars. it, along with the rest of my accelercars, they are the only hotwheel things i've decided to keep (everything crams nicely in the sweeper :-) ) I've never really played with it because I've nicked enough oh my old HW stuff in the past and i'd like to keep what I was able to get reasonably nice + 4 C batteries, really? + loud. So thank you a lot for showing how it is really ment to be played with. never knew the turn table worked when powered on.

Where did all of your AcceleRacers stuff go?
I got the drone sweeper in 2007 and i had all the cars about 4 years later i found them in a box and they were dusty and broken so ive been looking for them again i need them. I have the movies still
Where would the spots be to fit my cars?
I got one of these in 2006 from a Toys 'R' Us. A week later there was a huge flood that ruined the store. Luckily ive kept mine in great shape since then!

I was wondering, if they did a 10th Anniversary re-release, would you expect them to release them exactly as they were originally released or would it be OK if they put nice rubber tires on them?
The instructions for the Video Racer say to not put it in any boosters. As for whether I recommend the movies, I thought that it was well done. As you can tell from the comments on this video and on my other AcceleRacers videos, there are lots of fans of the series! I have an AcceleRacers playlist on my main page or search TH-cam for RaceGrooves AcceleRacers.
I have been buying them from eBay. Many of the models are affordable. There were some that were very hard to find and those will not be cheap anywhere. Reverb, Chicane, Spectyte are still sell anywhere from $40 to $50 each.

I know this is an old video but it almost looks like the faded one is supposed to glow in the dark, when your shadow was covering it, it looked more green
I agree that it is very similar to a glow in the dark color but I don't recall anybody stating that fact in the other comments.
@TEAMSLAIN I bought all of the cars when they were released. I have the complete set loose and I have some still in the package.

I don't know where this was sold, but I got one for my fourth birthday following a surgery. Now I can't find it seem to find it ;(. I would assume back in the day you'd be able to pick it up at Toys 'R Us, Target, K-Mart, the likes. But we bought all our HotWheels from the Walgreens down the road.

My brother and I each got one for Christmas one year. We both enjoyed the movies and TRIED to collect as many acceleracer cars and toys as possible. (I'm still trying to complete the 1:64 scale line -- I'm missing reverb, RD-08, chicane, and pile driver, the most expensive and rare/hard to get cars)

I always asked my mom for the Sweeper when acceleracers was a thing. I still remember going to the store and showing it to her and why i wanted it so much. She kept telling me that "maybe" for christmas but in the end i never got it. I didn't get any Acceleracers car either. The sold like for 1 dollar and my parents never wanted to buy one for me :c
I remember seeing it at stores. I also remember having the swamp realm playset it was really cool but I dont think anybody else remembers about it. And when you took out that cars from the box it kinda hurt to watch hehe.

I don't have any Hyperpods but I do have the AcceleDrome and the Swamp Beast track sets still sealed in the box.
i got that green drone but you can put batteries in it and turn it on but it do one thing but its not impressive its just lights the wheels up

No, you can't get Reverb from me. That's the one that everybody wants. I don't sell or trade. Unfortunately, Reverb will be expensive to acquire now. That's cool that you still have your Drone Sweeper!

It would be nice to see a fifth and final film. And the sweeper could be part of a wave of all the Tecku, Metal Maniacs, Racing Drones, and Silencers. They could be sold as individual, box sets by team, or like the highway 35; be sold in limited edition box sets of all the cars.

I got one but I only used it for storage or as a carry case when going over someone house
I couple months ago, I did get around to watch all of the movies. Now I understand how everybody feels like they kind of left everybody hanging. As for whenever I decide to let some of my stuff go, I will list stuff on eBay and let eveybody know.
