Como não achei, vou ficar devendo essa informação. Se for o caso, fala com o Marcelo da NewTurbo de SP que ele dá uma boa sugestão pra você. Foi lá que fizeram as modificações nas turbinas. Se quiser optar por turbinas gringas, tenho um par de Turbonetics "custom order" para Chevy 383 e 600/700 HP que deve ficar legal na sua Dakota. Qualquer coisa é só falar... Valeu 😎👍

Look for a guy online who went by the name of "Duner". He ran a single turbo 4.7 Dakota with a 5 speed manual and ran low 12's. Then he got a Dakota R/T with the 5.9 and ran high 10's with the same setup. Engines were both BONE STOCK. Must have been pushing well over 500HP or so on that 5.9 to run the 10's. There are videos on youtube. In fact I was looking at one of the older ones when this video came up as related.

I'm a little skeptical. You only got 450 hp at the wheels on a Twin Turbo set-up? Sounds like you just added the turbos to an otherwise stock engine. I've got a lightly modified 03 Dak with a 5.9 and it has 420 at the wheels. I'm sure other guys are just as good or better than mine.
Now 580, THAT sounds better! Wish mine were that high. The difference between me and most others is I have a set of full length tuned headers. Which believe me make a HUGE difference. I have a cam that probably more radical than it should be to take advantage of that. Everything else is just your standard mods. Intake, heads, injectors, ignition, ect.
Who you callin son, boy? Lol just messin. I'm probably younger than you old man Haha. I'm 24, have had 2 of these trucks since 2008, both 5.2 4x4, and wanting a true 5.9 R/T soon! Maybe if it had all the other goodies the R/T Sport Group had such as color keyed bumpers and grille, suspension, exhaust, and rear diff, I'm sure I'm forgetting some. Then maybe it was a factory R/T down there with the R/T package, and yes all TRUE R/Ts we see in the states and Canada are 2WD and 5.9. But you could get the 5.9 optioned in the quadcab trucks. Anyway I love these trucks man. And I agree with what you're saying. Nothing like the biggest baddest ass badass magnum motor.

Está rodando somente com 10 PSI, que dá 0,6 kilos. Se regular com 15 PSI vai beirar os 800 HP... Valeu!

Hi Marco. Truck is running about 9 PSI of boost and intercooler is not necessary. Intercooler is necessary about 10 PSI or more. Best regards.

This is not an RT. The RT had a 5.9.
In Brazil and Australia the R/T only came with the 5.2. American (US & Canada) R/Ts got the 5.9.
