I love your pizza analogy!!! 🍕🍕🍕 It also helps me to remember that we’re like 99.9999% more unseen energy than solid earth matter. So my imagination/the unseen is a lot more real and powerful than the 3D is. So if I connect with my havingness, affirm, assume or picture it in my imagination, I actually do already have it.

I noticed I was manifesting effortlessly when I had a thought and released it, but the "bigger" things I was doing Alllll the techniques one... crickets. Detachment for me is having a thought/desire, feeling gratitude or happy about it, and dropping it. Every once in a while, it may come up, and I'll feel happy about it, then drop it. Never fails to show up, super fast, or at the perfect timing (months later). It's all perfect
This analogy is amazing, thank you! This is what I've been experiencing the last year, and it has unearthed a few controllers in my life. They're *very upset* that I do not want their pizza anymore. They don't know I chose something else for dinner, AND they do not know that there are options other than pizza. That's why they're so upset with me. I tried to tell them that I didn't need or want the pizza, and they didn't believe me. Neither asked any questions, I guess they were just flustered I wasn't doing as they wanted.
It's all about mindset and your comfort with your manifestation, and I think an illustration would work better than the pizza analogy regarding an sp and the codependency you referenced: If you are manifesting an sp. You have your sp already. Being your sp's partner doesn't necessarily mean you see them every day, you're both living your own lives. Missing your sp is entirely healthy because they are your partner. What isn't healthy is thinking that you are desperate and cannot survive because you haven't seen you partner today. Your partner is still your partner if they're away on a business trip, for example. Of course you'd miss them. Be okay with missing them
Genevieve, what's your perspective on setting boundaries? Should we set boundaries in the 3d when needed even though we know that whatever is happening is coming from us? Also, can you make a video on how to really love ourselves and how to know that we are truly loving and valuing ourselves? Thank you ❤

I especially liked your video on limerence and manifesting, I think it's a very important topic and sooo relatable. But I was wondering - what about trauma bond relationships? I believe what I have with my SP is a trauma bond, at least according to all the sources I found, I check every box. Do you think it's the trauma bond that's making me want to manifest him back? Would it be better for me to not try to manifest him at all? So many things about him and us were so toxic but I can't help but hope so much that if only he gained some insight and helped himself, we would be so great together. So I have a question: does it makes sense to say no to what you ultimately want, In order to say to the universe, that's not good enough? Let say you manifest someone back into your life and then they act very badly, so then you tell them to you can't do this. Not because you want to but because you know it doesn't align with your manifestation?
I know that many people deal with negative emotions; for me, it's different. I am kind of a positive person, so I don't feel negative emotions, but often, I feel that my emotions are stuck (above the stomach). I feel so kind of tense in my emotions. I know that feeling is not manifesting, and my desires are mine (my thoughts are aligned with this), but I want to release tension but do not know how. I can't relax often. Any suggestions?
In some instances, I would say yes, this is the case for some people. But! It’s also not that simple. Anything can be manifested into something that IS in your highest and best interest. But the road there is sometimes odd and not what your ego expects it to be.

How do we really cultivate a deep inner security and being in an unconditional self-concept / sovereign identity? I have “accidentally” gotten into that multiple times and then “lost it”, but now that I am at a place of trying to do it purposely and prioritizing that over any physical manifestation, I find that I’m struggling 😂 How would you recommend practicing this to become really deeply secure and grounded in that identity? 🤍 love you!
I am on day 14. I really am glad to be doing it. I feel like I’ve met the highest version of myself then kind of dropped back down and she forces you to meet, greet, and LOVE the part of you who is resisting this self-love shit, and just fully love every inch of yourself. It’s allowing it to be easier to do her daily exercise that includes a few minutes of gently inviting in new feelings from your higher self. Not to give too much away, but it is worth it. I look forward to the emails and assignments every morning. Day 14 and I am seriously starting to claim myself versus the 3D (IYKYK). Buy it!
