Hi Sheila I’ve got a lot of those patterns, they wer my mums I could never get rid of them they are all reminders of pst life , and I love browsing through , happy memories, have a lovely Easter take care I think some of the old ptterns are the best ones xx
i had a lot more patterns, lent them to a next door neighbour who moved out and took my pattern with her, her ears must have been burning she got talked about a lot from me not nice either lol...
Happy memories with everyone. I often look through mine and see many my mam knit for my youngest brother and my kids too. So grandchildren and great grandchildren. I'll never knit some of them because I'm not as good as she was. I'm only getting into knitting now.

That was a lovely tour through your patterns. So nice you saved them. So many I would still knit. I think it is wonderful you have them all. I have a hard time now finding thins for baby boys. Not as many choices as the girls have. I have a granddaughter 4 and a grandson 9 months (but wearing 24 months now!). Did you save the sweaters you knit over the years or did they get worn out? Those baby patterns remind me of my mum, she made loads for her friends🥰
I think 1 or 2 of those patterns actually belonged to my mam so could be around 80 years old
