Thanks for your awesome comment! I am not a fan of soy either, but I struggle to find a better alternative that does not cost a fortune. This is not organic which is.. yeah even worse! The price is alright, considering it could replace a meal. Lots of calories, nutrients and protein. But whats the quality of the nutrients I might ask myself.. Hope you are doing well 😊
