When Dr. Scott started to weep, I was right there with him shedding tears. I've been through times that were absolutely devastating when you had a make a decision for your pet in their best interest. As they say "a good woman is worth crying over (and man too)". So happy for little Betty. Two paws up!
Betty was so adorable during her "exam" with the little one. The way her ears popped up when she was told her temperature was 1 million thousand was hilarious! 😅

I was stunned when he was describing Betty’s injury and what was wrong. I think if he hadn’t gotten her to his bestie as quickly as he did she wouldn’t be doing as well, walking no less!! All the best Dr. Scott so glad Betty is getting well.
We see in his videos how much he feels for other peoples pets. You can REALLY see it. But to see how much he really loves Betty, proves how much of a pet lover he really us. Yes, his tears broke my heart too.

Oh God I remember my dog when he got cancer and nobody believed he would survive. I was 24 hours sleeping beside her. She was my soul mate. Survived for another 5 years and she passed away with 15. My cat with 22.
I immediately started crying when I saw Betty in pain. And how upset her owner was. My Gracie just passed in my arms this past Saturday 7/18/2020 after 11-years of co- companionship, love, laughter, and kisses and cuddles. She went downhill and passed so quickly as we were moving her to the car, she stopped breathing...we weren’t even able to attempt the vet in time. My heart is just broken into a million pieces right now. I’m so glad that Scott’s family was able to rally for Betty and I hope for her full recovery. 🧎🏻♀️💔🦮🐾
I’m so sorry to hear your beloved Gracie passed away. It’s so hard to lose anyone you love, whether a human or pet. You’ll have your wonderful memories but I know how much you miss her. 💖💞💗
I was crying throughout the episode. My vet have saved the live of one of my dogs by discovering and treating a rare disease, done a knee surgery on another one and treating Cushing disease in my third. I don’t know where I would be without my vet. The vets are angels in disguise. God blessed them.
Ugh, my heart is breaking for Scott right now. I know that pain of knowing too much about what’s going on medically with someone you love. I’m a first responder and perform CPR all the time and have had to resuscitate my own mother. Luckily I acted quickly enough and today she is great. Poor Betty.......
That broke my heart for Betty and then when Scott started crying. Oh it was so sweet and special to see how much he loves Betty. Im so happy she got better!
Scott has a huge heart and being able to show his feelings shows truly what type of a person that he is. Thankfully things worked for Betty because I believe she is truly the heart of their family.
After a regular check up at our local vet clinic my 10 year old cat (Leo) suddenly threw a fit returning home. Rushing him back to the vet I skipped four red lights with my best friend having a heart attack on the passenger seat... when we got back there the vet was on lunch break and the vet nurses did their best to intubate Leo to drain the water from his lungs until the head doctor returned. Leo had already died :( Because everything was fine at the regular checkup less than one hour ago, we got a free autopsy and it turned out Leo's heart was twice the size of a normal house cat due to a birth defect.. nobody knew. I wish we had a doctor like Dr. Scott Miller or Dr. Chris Brown back then.... That's more than 7 years ago (2013) but it still hurts, it's the worst to loose your best friend. I'm glad Betty made it~!

Wild to hear Hannah’s name and the “band” again. We used to watch S Club 7’s tv show on ABC Family in like 1999-2001ish. I can’t remember the years it was on. That spaniel is so beautiful and cute! So sad for Dr. Scott Miller when he cried. Hard to see anyone tear up or go through those times. Thank God,Betty is okay. It helps to know a great surgeon and have a veterinarian for a dad 🙏🏼😀another good episode.

Because I started watching Bondi Vet first, I've had a weird loyalty to that series over this one, even though I finally started watching and have been really enjoying it. The more I watch VotH, the clearer it is just how pure Scott and his staff's love for animals is, and seeing his reaction to Betty's injury (while not being ashamed to show it) sealed my love for this show as well. How can you not respect people who have that much love for their patients. They figuratively live and die with their patients' humans; it must be one of the most emotionally draining professions out there. Also, yes, I cried while watching this episode. A lot.
It's always emotional to see a vet cry. I'd say it makes me get a lot more love for them though, because it's sharing a moment of vulnerability, and of course it also shows how much someone really does care. I was watching The Incredible Doctor Pol once, and there's this episode (apparently S9, E11, "One Great Dane") where he had to put down his great dane (his family has a lot of animals, but she was beloved) after bone cancer took its toll, and I must have been reminded of when I had to put down a dear cat of mine, because it really hit me hard in the feels. I had to cry for like I'm gonna sayyyy at least twenty minutes. And then there was Dr. Noel Fitzpatrick, that time when he broke down crying after a doggo he gave spinal surgery got up, and his emotions came like tragically devoted rain. A brilliant fellow, but I do worry about his health whenever I have seen him.
This was so hard to watch, and to hear Betty whimpering just broke my heart, my two beautiful fur babies are next to me and are trying to kiss away my tears. I'm so incredibly happy that Betty is coming along so well shes a beautiful little girl and I pray God blesses her with many more years 🧡🐾🐾🐾🐾
I am eternally grateful to Scott ,Zoe, and the entire family for sharing Betty's ordeal. To see she was fine yesterday and, suddenly a routine trip to the park became a nightmare unfolding on camera was devastating, but it is a relatable and informative episode. We feel like we have bonded with your family and coworkers while watching these shows. Thank you even though it is a vulnerable feeling of uncertainty as to how the outcome was going to unfurl. I apologize if it felt intrusive to journey with you when you felt helpless while Michael took over and your world was careening out of control. Your wife is so awesome to be able to do do much therapy at home, since she was a nurse previously. You both work so well together. Such a team with your children caring so deeply. It is hard to understand until you are a patient, but you were so brave. Michael is a fantastic doctor and a great mate. He dropped everything with his team behind him for you. What a blessing. You were a fantastic doctor before, but it will be different for you from now on. Never doubt yourself. You are an even better doctor to be able to find the specialists when needed. we just put my dog of 19 years old down...she had renal failure and pancreatic cancer...it was the hardest thing I've ever experienced, she died in my arms after the anesthetized her...I will never be the same. Thank you Bondi Vet for your videos, they really help me have hope for this world..
Poor little Bette she just groans in pain and when the talk to her she just sounds like a child when they are in pain. I'm thinking she is going to be ok.

I cried right along with Dr Scott. When my mother died, it was our little schnauzer that helped me recover. Animals are so wonderful. Wish I could have found a husband like Dr Scott. Such a humble, tender soul.

I bawled the entire video when I seen the aftermath of Betty’s injury ! Betty is so lucky to have Scott in her life & you can see the HUGE bond between the two !! Betty may not recover 100%, but she has come along way from her injury ! Scott has a special place in my heart for having a heart to do what’s right for Betty ! The bond makes a HUGE difference when it comes to healing ! Knowing that Betty has a huge part in Scott’s life & the trust between the two, makes the anxiety of healing better & faster ! ❤️❤️🌹❤️❤️
To me, it looks like Michael is also quite stressed by the pain Betty and Scott are having. How great to know there is something he can do, so often there is nothing you can do for friends in pain. More than ever Scott should know how we feel when our pets have damage and we must trust someone to do right by them and us.
Betty is a beauty 🥰 I cried with him, it’s hard when our babies hurt. My dog is older and I can see changes in him as well. They are woven in our heartstrings. ❤️🐾

I bawled the entire video when I seen the aftermath of Betty’s injury ! Betty is so lucky to have Scott in her life & you can see the HUGE bond between the two !! Betty may not recover 100%, but she has come along way from her injury ! Scott has a special place in my heart for having a heart to do what’s right for Betty ! The bond makes a HUGE difference when it comes to healing ! Knowing that Betty has a huge part in Scott’s life & the trust between the two, makes the anxiety of healing better & faster ! ❤️❤️🌹❤️❤️

To me, it looks like Michael is also quite stressed by the pain Betty and Scott are having. How great to know there is something he can do, so often there is nothing you can do for friends in pain.
More than ever Scott should know how we feel when our pets have damage and we must trust someone to do right by them and us.
I cried right along Scott and Zoe. My dog was hit by a truck 3 yrs ago and she has very little use of her back legs. I can relate to this.
I really like Scott, he is a vet through and through. Always up to different things related to animals. You can tell he just loves them.

Betty is a beauty 🥰 I cried with him, it’s hard when our babies hurt. My dog is older and I can see changes in him as well. They are woven in our heartstrings. ❤️🐾

When he cried, I wanted to grab him and tried to comfort him in any way... I stayed on his place many times, and understand what he felt.

I love all the vets on Bondi Vet....but Dr. Scott is one of my favorites. To see this side of him has me crying my eyes out...I just want to jump through my laptop screen and hug him.
