Great little short presentation with good illustrations. Thank you! Will share this video. Use to sell your products Always impressed with the quality of your bows.
I would point out that reverse draw is more efficient. Typically, more energy is deposited in the arrow rather than the bow. With this in mind, strings and cables often have longer life, as well as limbs. Balance due to centered weight is better and reverse draw is most often quieter. Quieter because as I mentioned, more energy is deposited into the arrow rather than the crossbow.
Thanks for the video. I would like to ask for a greater explanation of why a reverse draw crossbow should be held and doesn’t like to be shot off of a rest, like a bog pod. Thank you for any information that you could share
Reverse draw has more wear requiring more maintenance. Reverse bows are also more complex and therefore more expensive. That super narrow string angle hurts string life.
As neat and more efficient as they are, I'm still happy with my little Bear X Trek. Maybe if I win the lottery, I'll splurge and get a reverse draw. 😅😅😅

I have a question: why isnt reverse draw used everywhere? Is it patent related? The pros seem to heavily outweigh the cons.

Differences between RDX & FDX. Reverse draw: Higher speeds, better balance, less wear and tear, much longer power stroke. FDX: It looks cool.
