🔥 fam. As always... I always forget bout this track. I do think it's dope how layered his scheme is with the entire thing being a double with the Jody arias story, and how he'll drop ish like this, that imo are for fans who dive deep into the concept, meaning & interpretation. Its not a track for casuals, those who know, know.. it's like Easter eggs for storytelling, lyrism & scheme hip hop heads. He does this a lot with Royce, especially on Bad meets Evil. I know everyone wants a part 2. I do too, but I'd love to see him & Crook get in the studio for an Ep, where they bounce back & forth, and feed off each other.
Eminem inspires me to keep making my own music. I’m a rapper, but I’m not very good yet. I have to keep practicing because I’m currently terrible at rapping.
Do what eminem did, listen and study to all hip hop artists and rappers from the 70s/80s and copy their styles and eventually you will find your own style. Then just work on staying on beat and have a friend who loves it as much as you who you can share ideas with (Proof) and that's the formula. It takes a lot of hard work, and you have to realize your gonna make mistakes but you can't fail if you never give up.
(1) There is also a golf scheme when he talks about the golf cart (it's not just a dog scheme) EM says "..We can fck on a golf cart. Tell me how you want it, soft, hard, or fcking rough..." The part of a golf course that is not considered "the green" or "the fairway" (where you want to keep the ball) is considered "the rough." (so that would technically be a triple)
She said “yes my ninja” jodi told the interrogator that 2 people in all black came into the house and killed her boyfriend and let her go which turned into the “ninja” story. Em is wild lol
Bad meets Evil always underrated, if not Royce would be in a lot more top 10's, he has some flows and schemes that are craaaazy. Also I love that they always go toe to toe in these songs imo. Thanks for the content
(2) This one is extremely basic which is likely why you looked past it. EM said "Then she pulled out the condiment drawer, she must heard (mustard) where the condoms get stored..." (which is obviously a play on the current bar but also ties into the whole hotdog scheme).. he was scheming within schemes!
(3) I do not know your beliefs so you may have skipped this for a reason (my apologies if it was done purposely). EM said "..Sign above the door to the sauna says "Welcome to Sodom and Gomorrah..." which keeps in line with the scheme / sodomy Re: Genesis 19: "God sends two angels disguised as men to Sodom, where the men of Sodom threaten to rape them. God then destroys the city with fire and brimstone." I am not religious, simply know the reference. (to those that are religious, I understand that this is highly debated and there are other references within the bible that can be interpreted as the encounter not being sexual at all. but for the sake of the track, that is what EM was referencing)
Not only she killed her boyfriend with a sword she said was NINJAS that killed him! So the Yes My Ninja is way more effective than just double for My Nig**
There is not a lot of substance in this track compared to some of EM's more dense songs. (like anything off Shady XV - Vegas being one of those) but I thought the scheme(s) and his flow(s) were worth the listen. I was REALLY hoping you knew who Jodi was (and I'm super impressed you did, I had to look it up and when I did it all fell into place) as the main scheme is missed otherwise. I really liked his cadence / rhyme scheme right before the pull out / double stuff line. (ok, a bit much but, it's raw) There are a couple of things that I will post in separate threads because YT formatting sucks!
(4) This is for Royce (I felt like it was a good scheme) Royce says "...Put you on my hit list then turn around and kill up all the snitches. Then turn around and go to Church, repent, then ask the reverend, "Can I get a witness?" Ha, I got an I.O.U on my bible's view Even God knows what I'm liable to do..." ---- What would most consider a witness in a case? (a snitch) What are snitches called when they are used in a case? (a witness - material or otherwise).. So, Royce is basically stating that he has a revolving hit list and when he runs out he calls to God for forgiveness and then asks if he can get another witness (/snitch) God gives him another witness (/snitch) ("..even God knows what I am liable to do...") to put on his hitlist so he can kill again. (rinse repeat).. That one took me quite some time to put together and I never would have done it without the lyrics. Crazy!

Just saw new video with music producer Kaytranada featuring Anderson .Paak, 'Twin Flame'. I highly recommend it.
rough is a golf term btw
OMG that just enhances scheme lol
