I don't do most breakfast foods. I will have oatmeal or eggs, but for most of the time, I have meat and veggies for breakfast. I wake up starving (I sleep all night, so I don't eat). So I get in protein and veggies to fill me up healthy and good. 😊

o those pork steaks look awesome , our pork chops over here have a big bone though them and are much thinner :( I make a similar recipe which i made up . but I got to try this one ,when I home cook I am more relaxed on the contamination rituals as we all have to eat a peck a dirt to boost an immune system but then when I cater cook I have to go with legislation as you know . . question : Do those foil liners split or tear when you stir or serve up .

I’m so sorry Zoe! I’ve fallen plenty of times but the best thing is to get back on soon after you have healed. Make sure you get plenty of ice cream, cookies and soda! After all, you deserve it 😊. Oh and let mom and dad have some too because they probably earned treats too❤

I've been pretty lucky in regards to breaking/injuring my wrist... I'm right handed, and broke my left wrist 20 years ago - shoot, I'm getting old 🙈😂 right before Christmas. The nurse was like "I guess you won't be able to open your presents on Christmas then" I told her that if course I would... Then in 2019 I injured the same wrist in my sleep - Yes, In my sleep 🫣 I had apparently been laying on my wrist and woke up when it made a loud snapping noise 😣 Turns out I had snapped a tendon loose, so I had to have surgery..
